Good accommodation for business traveler due to its strategic location, coffee shop and karaoke parlor across the road and Pizza Hut right next door with Domino's within walking distance.The room are downright humongous for the price, with proper amount of cabinet too (no safe though). Cleanliness is alright, no weird odor but the table near the door is a tad oily so eh. But important to note: some room does not have windows, ask front desk if having a window is a must for you.Placement of the toilet is bizarre though seeing that the place is spacious enough.Breakfast is alright, 2 kind of beverages (fruit juice and infused water) and around 5-6 main dishes. When they have Rendang it's tastes fabulous though do props for that.Level of service is really good for the price. Staff and attentive and well kempt. They really need to intensify mosquito patrol though.TL;DR good hotel for business trip, might get windowless room tho, but hey Starbucks is across the road!

April 2024 4 day stay at Venetian HotelInitially looking at the photo the room seemed small but it turned out to be spacious, comfortable and clean.Service from security and front desk is friendly and welcomingThe location is really in the middle of the city, easy to find and easy to access everywhere.4 days there, guest privacy and parking security are also well maintained.My suggestion is that the swimming pool facilities are the same as the parking, which in my opinion is still not spacious enough, but security can help you find an alternative parking location.

Stay overnight at this hotel. The staff are very friendly.. the service is really good. The breakfast is also delicious.. only one thing changes the mood.. the security is very good at night.

Strategic location near red lights,Hotel service is satisfactory,The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly,the fried rice + capcay is delicious (retains the taste),the room lacks lighting (there are lights that are off),leaking hot water kettle,Bedroom (122) smells good + cold AC,The TV must have its sound serviced (the sound is broken),bathroom sink (122) has a strong unpleasant smell (you have to throw out the rubbish stuck in the pipe),Good water flows fast,Bedroom (126) the response of the cold AC is slow (wait 30 minutes for it to cool),Suggestion :Before guests enter the hotel (room) with the condition of the room having been booked 1 day before,There's nothing wrong with a room that's been empty for a long time...at the Spv inspection of the hotel with the AC on,the tv is on,water jug ββon,Light on,Inspection for strong odors.Basically this is a GOOD hotel,It's just that additional Spv is needed for periodic inspection and maintenance of the rooms before guests enter the room.
