One of the recommended villas in Batu City. This villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 bedroom upstairs on the mezzanine floor. There is also a terrace and balcony at the back as well as a swimming pool which is clean and quite large. Apart from that, 2 TVs are provided, there is a Playstation, there are karaoke facilities, bread, coffee and tea and cooking facilities are provided. Overall, the experience was okay while staying at this villa

Really fun holiday here, good owner. The one who looks after it is also really good. New Year's Eve I want to have a barbecue and run out of gas. look for it until you find it.Cozy Place, view OK.Kids Friendly Facilities OK, there are books for reading, there is PS 3, there is a Mini Waterboom in the swimming pool. you can do karaoke too. complete grill & barbeque equipment. Cooking equipment is also adequate. Thank You.

Suitable for small families to relax. There is a swimming pool. The owner is also very friendly. Complete facilities. The villa is in a housing complex, so don't worry, if you don't feel like cooking, just call Mr. Bakso.

My employee has a jinn staying here all night... he still hasn't recovered for a week... even though he has gone to the kyai for treatment... the owner please clean the place of jinns etc.

the villa is clean, there are 2 rooms & 1 open spot on the 2nd floor, enough for around 3-4 floor mattresses, the owner is very friendly, this housing complex is mostly villas for rent so even at night if you want to do karaoke / activities at home it's not a problem, there are mini water park facilities in the swimming pool makes it exciting, karaoke set but only 1 mic, there is a PS 3, only 1 stick, wifi, cable TV, YouTube etc., cooking & eating utensils set, water heater, onthel bicycle, get bread, tea & coffee. the location is close to the stone market, grocery store & off the main road, there are lots of places to eat. For those who don't feel like cooking, don't worry because the villa complex has a lot of people selling things from morning until evening (sate, meatballs, porridge, packaged rice, etc.) Overall, I'm quite satisfied, it's just that the water pump is quite annoying during your stay there because it often shuts down, so you have to go out. went in to tap the pump, tired of living bro...:( haha..
