The villa is nice, clean, fragrant, comfortable, spacious, very suitable for holidays with a large family, complete kitchen equipment, only need to bring megicom from home and the view is rice fields and mountains. the villa guard is also very friendly

We stayed overnight on 12/28/23.. the villa facilities are very lacking... the water heater only works during the day and even then when there is sunlight... lots of flies and mosquitoes... there is no air conditioning so at night the bedroom feels stuffy... there are also not enough cooking utensils... there is no rice cooker...Cleanliness is ok...the view is also ok...hopefully this review can help...

Facility has started aging but is in good condition overall. Nice view of paddy field during daytime and it being so close to alun-alun means easy access to Batu’s many attractions. You may want to consider the proximity to nearby mosque if you are sensitive to noise. “Hot” water that works only during the day (apparently it’s solar powered or something) however is a not so pleasant surprise. This review is written at dawn because of 🦟 - perhaps a net to cover the windows so visitors do not have to trade fresh air with bites would be nice. No air-con obviously.Choose upper level if you’re not comfortable with noises from above but rooms in lower level is better connected.
