strategic location because it is on the side of the road and near tourist attractions, also close to the city center with much cheaper prices. Facilities okay. There is an en suite bathroom, warm water, wifi, 2 free bottles of water, at the reception there are lots of tables and chairs available for breakfast (tea, coffee, instant noodles, etc. are provided if we want)

One of the places to stay that is quite comfortable, affordable, & strategic. The owner is friendly, informative, the vibe feels like staying in your hometown/grandmother's house. Even though it is on the side of the main road, there is no noise from passing vehicles. Hot water for bathing also works well, the shower runs smoothly, the bathroom is small but clean. There is ventilation in the bathroom, while there is none in the room.Facility:- TV- fan- soft mattress, thick blanket- free mineral water 600ml×2 pcs- water heater for bathing- sitting toilet- 2 pcs towelsAround:- Indomaret across the road- MosqueParking:- 3-4 cars- motorbike parking in the inner hallway, safe

The caretaker is nice, and the room is also comfortable even though it's narrow hehe but the mattress is really nice, fufufu.Only at that time checking out early after dawn was a bit confusing, there was no one manning the reception, then no. The cell phone didn't show up either, so we went around looking for his mother

With affordable prices, this place has become one of the family's favorites, it is located in the strategic area of Batu, so if you want to spend a long holiday in various tourist attractions in Batu then this place is worth choosing.🥰Don't compare it with other places with higher prices, because what is given is much better than what we paid-Strategic location-Service is very friendly and fast-The air is cool, even without air conditioning we can sleep comfortably-The water is heated-clean rooms and bathrooms (toiletries provided)-The welcome was also good (we were told the tourist attractions in Batu)- around it there are also lots of food sales (Indomaret, Soto Lamongan, kebabs, snacks, etc.)-And there is a comfortable mosque, which can be reached just by walking😍Hopefully this Guest House will continue to develop, grow and attract many tourists to stop by and feel the hospitality, thank you very much for your service😍

Friendly service, it's just that the room has no ventilation, I got a room on the 2nd floor, the floor was noisy as if it were coming from the boards. The room is like a boarding house, only there is a fan. Lots of dust, stuffy, in the future please improve the facilities

The location is quite strategic on the Malang - Batu protocol road. is about 2 minutes from Batu Town Square. The prices are quite affordable and the facilities provided are also complete.

Strictly sharia, only KTP with the same address/marriage book can stay overnight. Cheap price. Very strategic place on the edge of the Malang - Batu highway. And the facilities still look new. Recommended.
