The view is indeed good but the villa is not as clean as in the photo, maybe because it is busy, so the villa is not cleaned optimally.Minuses: if the rain pours in from all directions, the taps and hot water don't function properly, the kitchen set is not maintained, the swimming pool is foamy, it's relatively narrow with 4 rooms, the walls have a lot of leaks and cracksBut cheap for many people

Yesterday, December 9 2023 to December 10 2023, the event here was for 37 people staying here, the price was affordable, the atmosphere was cool, the view was good, including Mount Arjuno visible from the rooftop, there was a three-story billiard hall, there was a swimming pool.
