My stay at Pandok Villa was absolutely delightful! From the charming rooms to the tranquil rice-field , every moment was pure magic. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. A truly unforgettable experience!

Be aware, this villa is a scam and the owner makes the bad reviews removed.The place is full of mosquitoes and bugs. Cushions and towels are dirty.The manager is dishonest.Not a villa, just an open shack surrounded by ricefield.Avoid!!

Lovely villa in the rice fields and only 10 min biking from the center of Candidasa. Nancy welcomed us and was amazing the whole weekend - very flexible and helpful for transportation. The location is a little bit tricky, but totally worth the view once arrived! Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway. Thank you again Nancy and Putu!

When we arrived we did not check in.This was by far the worst experience we had on a holiday and with a sad heart we have to say the "villa" did not meet our expectations.We arrived around 7 p.m and there was no one to meet us and explain how things work.It is located in a back alley where it is dark and you have to really search for the entrance.We did not feel safe as 3 dogs came charging and were barking at us and we felt like they were going to bite if we made a wrong move.There was loud music and there were children crying, cats calling loudly that deprived us of any rest.The "villa" is just a noisy wooden cabin in someones backyard.The rooms were not fully closable and were full of bugs and mosquitos and they had no mosquito net!!The bathroom in the upper room was nailed shut and the light did not work.We decided not to stay as for our own safety. (Dengue, other diseases)We gave an opportunity to make an arrangement where we pay for 1 night for their trouble, and return the rest of the amount of money for the remaining nights, but they would not settle for anything.They also ask to make the payment upfront with a payment link, as they expierence a lot of no-show and cancellation.We did not understand why, but it is clear that people see this and go the other way.Above all, we contacted the villa manager and he was very rude.He says that everything we say is nonsense and not true.He could not give a clear answer as to why we booked another hotel and ran away from the property, he simply implies we make this up.This place is a scam and they fool you with the pictures which are nothing like it. It's not worth the money.If we could give advise, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!This is not for tourists and you will lose your money and time if you decide to do so.Mitchell

Very nice villa in a great place, words can't describe it.Living among the locals, away from the city, is just a relief. So much peace and quiet among the rice fields, it's great there. The villas are clean and comfortable, with almost everything you need to be comfortable, they offer breakfast that you can pay for separately, and there are several snacks in the fridge and laundry service. Very friendly hostess who really does everything she can to make your holiday great. You can also use the scooter and taxi rental, just ask Nancy and she will arrange it for you.

The worse night of my trip, but the most expensive one.Avoid this place and don't trust this listing.For $1.400.000 IDR per night this place is a huge joke and a big scam.Unlike the listing, the is no electric kettle, no electric oven, no TV ... Also no aircon, no mosquito net around the beds, no chairs...No flat sheet for the bed, only a warm quilt. Be prepared to sweat all night and be eaten alive by mosquitoes and bugs.Cushions and towels are dirty.I informed the owner and sent photos, she did not mind, and did not bother to apologize. Staff must be blind to not see the dirt.Not laundry available for 1 nighty stay and accommodation not ready on check-in time but no prior communication with guests.No soap for the shower, no tissues, not enough instant coffee for all the guests (we were only 4). Not enough mugs neither.No breakfast available neither any recommendations for meals in the village.If you do the mistake to book this place, Ngopi Malu is your place to eat, only 500m from this shack.This place would worth 400.000 at the maximum, but certainly not 1.400.000 per night.

Lived here two month. enjoy the atmosphere of this place and totally inlove with garden. Some years ago here was the rice field, but Nancy create the beautiful oasis for soul. thank you 🤍Also a big advantage for me is that the ocean and the volcano are tooo nearby.

Way overpriced for a wooden hut

This is probably the most beautiful villa I have ever stayed in! It's gorgeous! Off the beaten path, secluded and stunning. Planning on coming back here already! It was an incredible experience!
