The service was not good, and the guard was rude when we asked for a room on the 2nd floor, he still insisted on us being on the 1st floor and immediately gave us the words "if you want to go, just look elsewhere"

No online bookings are accepted and the amount already paid is ignored because they supposedly no longer belong to Oyo. The prices on site are about twice as high as online. When we saw the room we were immediately greeted by a cockroach. We hope to get the money refunded online somehow

When I checked into the hotel with an Agoda paid booking today, staff still asked me for cash payment. The prices are 100k IDR/night for fan room and 150k IDR/night for AC room. After explaining to the manager on the phone that I didn't have enough cash to stay in their hotel, I asked to use their WiFi to find another hotel that could accept credit card payment. The manager relented and I was shown to a room on the second floor. The room is clean and comfortable even though it doesn't have windows to the outside. Staff members are courteous although they don't speak English. There is a mini convenience store at reception. There are also laundry services and airport shuttle service.The manager informed me that the online booking websites and OYO would not delist the hotel. The only way that customers could check into Wilma Hotel is walk-in or contact them directly to reserve. For customers who paid but didn't stay at the hotel, you could dispute the transaction and get refunded by their credit card company.
