Clean and comfortable.Small shared terrace with kettle available with coffee and tea.A little out of the city center, it's better to have transportation. To improve: Difficult WiFi in the end rooms. It's a shame that there is no breakfast on site as the nearby offering is limited.

The best choice for solo travelers because there is a personal room budget of 100 thousand, the bathroom is outside but clean and equipped with warm water. Moreover, there is a communal space, the best. The owner is also very friendly. If there are two of you, you can take the upstairs room which has an ensuite bathroom.

Good value for money. Room is clean and smells good, except for mildew smell on pillows. Toilet is flushed by bucket and works fine. Some maintenance items were neglected - soap dispenser and bathroom door closure broken. No service to speak of, someone handed us a key at night and no one was there in the morning at checkout. No breakfast/coffee/tea/water was available as described either. But overall a more comfortable stay than others we've had in Ruteng.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was built around a year ago, so the room and bedding condition is still relatively new. It’s nice to sit on the balcony and there are good views of the hills. It is located in a quiet area with little noise from the road. There are a couple of places to eat within a few minutes walk. The owner can help arrange motorbike rental for a good price (80k per day or 500k per week). Only negative was the WiFi was slow.
