This hotel is actually really good. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable too.It's just very unfortunate, some of the older receptionists (don't know whether they are permanent employees or interns) often miss communication.Yesterday I chatted to the admin asking for help to pick me up at the airport, but on the day of the event the admin suddenly said that there was no confirmation for pick up on that day.Even so, the admin is quick to respond and the service is fast too. Maybe the suggestion is a little, it would be better if the transportation to the airport is on time according to the customer's request.

Hotel is 3-5 min walking from airport. No restaurants around, they have a driver from free for guests.Breakfast is a joke. Better stop saying including breakfast. its two wet toast and jam (if anything is left)

The location is right in front of the airport. So just walk, 5 minutes to arrive. The facilities are very good, there is a TV, electric kettle, coffee & tea in each room, mineral water, toothbrush, comb, shower cap.Only in our room the water was a little less powerful, but it was still okay. Breakfast is blueberry jam toast. Coffee & tea provided too.Maybe the electric kettle needs to be cleaned diligently, because when we wanted to use it, the color of the water was a little less good.The officers were very friendly and helpful.
