What a lovely guesthouse! The amenities are basic but the bed is great and good value for money especially since free breakfast is included and coffee and tea available throughout the day. The hosts are really friendly and the location is in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, so authentic experience. They offer convenient motorbike rental and that gives you the opportunity to explore hidden beaches in the East and Northwest of Labuan Bajo (dodging the busy roads in the city centre) to go there from here.Highly recommended if you are looking for a affordable accomodation and an authentic local experience.

Location is a bit out of the way, but no problem with the scooter! Rooms are very large and clean. It has everything you need, we felt comfortable and the staff is very nice!

If you want a place in an authentic area of the city far from tourist attractions this is perfect. 1 hour walk from the port or 20 minutes by vehicle. The rooms are still new and well cleaned. Good breakfast, it changes every day, rice omelettes, sandwich bread and fried egg... tea, coffee/hot water and electric kettle available. A bad smell sometimes comes from the bathroom. Wifi correct depending on the time as everywhere on the island. Supermarket on site or several nearby. .

Warm welcome, new room so comfortable, well equipped and large, everything is great (except the lack of hot water for some). A downside: a little far away you will need a scooter and now it is no longer just a patch of greenery right in front but houses which seem temporary
