We stayed in this establishment which unfortunately did not at all live up to what I expected. We paid €76 for one night or 1300,000 rupees the room was dirty littered with dead insects the bathroom was dirty and dilapidated. Our room was blocked by construction so thank you for the noise!!! For the restaurant the food was just horrible, the quality of the dishes and the waiting time 1:30 to be served.... For the rest of the hotel, plastic waste is everywhere, the beach is not cleaned and the swimming pool is dirty, so in short, nothing is wrong with this hotel which I strongly advise against.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sylvia Beach Resort. The room was dirty with several broken parts, including a broken sink in the bathroom that was never fixed. The restaurant had a very limited menu and was overrun by cats jumping on the tables. When I requested a hairdryer, I had to wait three hours to receive it. Behind the rooms, there were piles of plastic waste that were burned at night, creating a terrible smell. Additionally, there was plastic littered on the beach. I strongly advise against staying here.

The entrance to the hotel is quite steep, the receptionist is not friendly and smiling, the rooms are quite clean with no view (like a bunker), breakfast is only ready at 7 am, menu choices are limited.

The staff is super friendly and friendly, they taught me a lot of Bahasa Indonesia! The beach is nice for relaxing and swimming, but there is no good snorkeling in this area, since the coral is dead. In the restaurant, things go slow... An average of 45 minutes to serve you lunch or dinner. Being far from the town, each transfer costs 100,000 rupees, expensive for what I have seen in more than a month in Indonesia. You can order a Grab but at certain times they don't come to pick you up (I got up very early to go diving and one day I couldn't find or even find the hotel taxi driver, and luckily a receptionist called a friend of his and he was able to take me). Many mosquitoes and there is no mosquito net in the rooms, luckily I brought my own. I recommend it because it is the place where I have seen the most mosquitoes on the entire trip.
