Sanitary facilities were not clean and common area very basic. There are much better places to stay at in Flores for this price. Plus points were location and the fact rooms had air-conditioning.

I stayed here for 1 night. The location is good with lot of restaurants cafes bars convini stores dive shops etc just walking distance. The 6 bed dorms were quite large, the bed was comfy and the ac worked fine. The bathrooms and toilets were clean but there was no hot water. The staff was polite and good. Not a very social hostel.

Any noise echoes.Even if you have a private room, the bathroom is shared. On the 2nd floor there is only 1 bathroom for about 7 rooms. If it is busy you have to go down to floor 1. There are some more there.Perfect location. On the main avenue.The room does not have a refrigerator. Alright.The toilet paper is usually soaked which cannot be used. They lack a shelf where they can be left away from the shower.

I stayed here for only 2 nights, one in a dormitory and one in a private room with shared bathroom, everything was excellent.Margaretha at reception is always friendly, smiling and available to make phone calls to anyone to help. Clean and cheap.

The rooms are okay, it's just that the doors make a little noise when opened.So if you want to go out in the sharing room, you are afraid of disturbing other guests while they are sleeping.The reception and HK are kind and friendlyAs for the hotel location, it's easily in the city center. If you want to go to the port, you just need to walk for 5 minutes, which is also right for me to book a tour at East Cruise which is in front of the Komodo Indah Hotel.

Good hostel!Even if it doesn’t look like a hostel, it’s nice, comfortable and clean! Beds are big and comfy!++ staff is so welcoming and helpful! I really appreciated that 🙂!! There is free coffee, tea and water..- - there is no breakfast (they just propose cereals and milk) but there is a coffee shop just outside. Showers may need some repair..

Hostel in Labuan Bajo consisting of shared and double rooms. Although it has double or single rooms, the bathroom is shared.The building is old but it is clean and does not look run down. There is a person who cleans the bathrooms and helps with all the problems around the hostel and he is very nice.The receptionist Margaretha is wonderful, she helps you with everything and is wonderful.The double room is not bad but it only has a bed and nothing else, it has no wardrobe, no table or any furniture, so you have to leave everything on the floor, it is the only drawback I would say other than the fact that in the Second floor there is only one bathroom, it is uncomfortable because you have to go down if it is occupied. But for the price you pay, it is a good place to stay, they also let you leave your backpacks until you leave and take a shower if you need it.

We paid 227k for a private room, for this price it's a decent place to stay. The AC did it's job and the showers/bathroom were clean. There's no bedside table or chair which is a bit annoying, everything has to be placed on the floor. The worst part is that you will be awakened at 4am by the prayers from the mosque that's very close, best avoid if you want a good night's sleep

Honestly I had read some bad reviews and was nervous about staying here but it was great! We had a private room for 4 nights. The location is great. You can walk to all of the dive shops and the harbor for tours. There are also lots of food options around. We loved De Waroeng closeby. We slept well each night and the AC worked alright but good enough. We arrived at the hostel at 10:30 pm but sent a WhatsApp to the manager and staff waited for us. There is free luggage storage too which is nice. We had a great stay and would stay again. The room was very big. The showers had hot water. The bathrooms were clean enough.

Lovely hostel! Stayed here on and off between trips to other parts of Flores and it was perfect every time. The hostel is clean and the beds are very big and comfortable - no concerns! The A/C works well. The staff are so lovely and friendly and very accomodating to our needs. It is in a great location very near to lots of restaurants and the hostel also offers good tours if you are stuck for activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Hostel in an excellent location, in the center of a characteristic street full of shops and dive centers.Our room (double) was very large and quite clean, it had air conditioning and we enjoyed it.The bathrooms are shared, sometimes not very clean. Maybe they should wash them a little more often during the day.

They did not receive my reservation, when my receipt clearly showed that I had a room reserved.They didn't know how to give me a solution, I wasted two hours of my time, the receptionist barely spoke English, which made the problem even more difficult.

Bed bugs!!!We booked 3 nights. However, we didn't stay at this place 5 minutes. We found bedbugs on our mattress and other insects on our bed. They knew about the situation, noone was surprised, they refused to refund our money, we talked to the receptionist and the manager, they said they will report us to the police and immigration because we informed other guests in the hotel... ridiculous...They said we have to cancel with agoda. Well, they know that if the reservation is nonrefundable, i can't just cancel it, because hotel will receive that money anyway! There is a reason why it is called "nonrefundable". Management is a joke, they are aware of the problem but they are not taking any responsibility!Edit: dear infected hotel... my name is not Michael, if you need my details you can find it in your system. I have also a video of the receptionist confirming that she has seen bedbugs in our room. I am happy to send it to anyone interested.

Becareful, this hôtel is infected by bedbugs! I had rented two bedrooms so infected that we saw immediately the bedbugs. I contacted thé direction which was fully aware if the situation and I negociated the cancellation of my booking. 3 weeks after I was not refunded. I strongly recommand not to stay in this hotel.

A good place with à group of gentle kind young people, who are extremely respectful. I felt like their proud aunt. Also, I would like to add, Fidel should really be promoted.. to the mayor of Labuan Bajo or something similar. Loads of love and thank you all.

Very nice staff and very nice accommodation!We stayed in a deluxe room for 5 nights and it was very comfortable!I took a tour at the hotel, and the tour was on a comfortable boat, which was great!I would like to stay here again if I come to Komodo Island again.I'm really glad I chose this accommodation.

It hurts me to give a bad review because the hotel is good. The dormitories have large comfortable beds, the air conditioning works, there are plenty of showers and toilets. They are responsive at reception and very kind. On the other hand, my comfort blanket was stolen during the day. I admit that I am used to protecting my wallet, passport and other things, but not my comfort blanket. The cleaning was done and everything was on my bed in the evening except him.There's no way a traveler took it from me and it was nowhere.The reception tried to call the cleaning service but it ended like this.
