Good hotel to sleep in, the rooms are not the best and the towels they left us were dirty. The breakfast was very limited and there were almost always no pancakes. Super friendly staff and proximity to the airport.

A perfect stay at Green Prundi. There was some AC problem in our room so they gave us a room in their new hotel on top of hill. The view was amazing from there. Room was huge. 1 km far from city center. But Labuan Bajo is a hilly area, so walking is difficult sometimes although itβs near to city center. But scooters are available everywhere in cheaper price. They made our breakfast vegetarian as requested. Service is super fast. Would love to come again and stay here.

They have 2 properties. One is bottom and another at top of Hill. They allotted the us top room. They provide pick up and drop to lobby.
Rooms are big and comfortable. Very nice airport view from the top.
Breakfast is average. Overall stay was comfortable.

We have stayed twice at this hotel and, while it is true that the first time they assigned us one of the exterior rooms where the bathroom was quite scary (I attach some photos), on the second occasion, we stayed in an interior room and the The experience was infinitely better, as if it were different hotels. In this second experience, the room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom worked perfectly.The staff is attentive and always greeted us with a smile.The breakfast is acceptable and even above what is usual in Indonesia.They have a free transfer to connect with the airport, which is actually quite close to the accommodation. Even so, at no time were we bothered by the sound of the planes, nor was it the sound of the mosque, which is far enough away that the call to prayer cannot be heard from the hotel.

We stayed two nights in total. It is a simple hotel, close to the airport and the city center. The value for money is unbeatable. At first we had problems with the water in the bathroom, but this was resolved by the second night. We stayed in the rooms at the top of the hill (the hotel is divided in two: part of the rooms are in the valley and others at the top of the hill). We could hear the noise from the neighborhood, the village festival, the roosters and the dogs π
. We put the earplugs in and it was fine...(after a day at the beach we were really tired)... the buffet breakfast is ok (compared to the price)...The service and attention of the staff are top notch ππ½very welcoming and fully dedicated, and they took us to the airport for freeβ¦

Close to the airport, with a good view, and surprisingly good breakfast. The rooms seemed put together a bit randomly and many things look unfinished. Like others said, good for a night or two.

Staff very nice and always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very dirty. Towels, duvet and even the walls had brown stains. No daylight in the room. The shower and sink fittings in the bathroom were totally disgusting. 20 minutes walk to the city.

Very good service. The rooms are spacious, and the beds equipped with real fine duvets. It's a change from the terry cloth sheets you find in most guesthouses.A very very beautiful garden.A very pleasant airport pickup
