The hotel has no responsibility, hands-off. Poor communication with Oyo. If the room is full, the hotel should confirm with Oyo so the room won't be rented out. Oyo is also very bad. The money has been paid in full and cannot be returned. Money is lost and we are stranded because it is difficult to get a hotel. Highly not recommended.auto delete oyo

Not recommended at all. The order via OYO was paid for and when we arrived at the hotel it turned out they weren't even working with OYO anymore, he said. What's worse is that if you leave your hand, you won't be able to get a refund. If you don't cooperate anymore, deactivate it, but it still appears on OYO.
