was not a pleasant stay at all. booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night and couldn't refund the rest. and I only stayed 1 night. no need to explain, hopefully this explains enough

On 06/08 I ordered a room via OYO to check in on the 7th, then I went to the location on the 7th and the mas, who was wearing black pants and a black shirt at that time, was VERY UNFRIENDLY, and seemed EMOTIONAL, he said that it was closed for check in and no can log in, (a reason that doesn't make sense) even though it has been confirmed in the application and Gmail.On WA the phone was not answered, it seemed like there was no good intention to explain, even though as a guest, we had to be told clearly the reason.I'm disappointed because I've been there twice, only this time OYO people treated me badly.I hope you and your family are fine, because we never know, Mama's prayers will penetrate the sky :)

It looks nothing like the pictures. This 'hotel' adds pictures of a front desk which isn't even here. Also everything in the room was dirty, old, yellow-ish, no hot water, toilet not working, no sink? I even got the idea they didn't change the sheets. Used my own towel to sleep under. At first I got a really dirty mattress so I swapped rooms which was good.I know it was 6โฌ and can't really complain but don't put pictures online that don't represent your property.I know these reviews are very important for accommodations but I think we should be fair to each other. So I hope by writing this review I can help others who want to visit Malang ๐๐ผ.

Rooms with windows, spacious, good price, AC, ensuite toilet. Women downstairs, who take care of the property are behaving well, also help and willing to let me choose a room. Quiet inside, only outside the usual traffic. Never been disturbed here, never anyone knocked on my door. I feel good here.

fraud modesI wanted to make a booking and it was already on TF, when I asked to cancel my money, it wasn't returned, but it was like a fraud mode. DON'T WORT IT POLLL!!

Worst staying experience. The canopy on the side of the room is half off, right in front of the window. Since noon, it has been conveyed to the owner, but there has been no follow up. Fixed it temporarily or something. As a result, I couldn't sleep all night because the sound from the canopy was so loud because it was blowing by the strong wind, I often even got shocked.The next day when I checked out, I told the owner again, he said he had asked me for access to the room to fix the canopy, he said there was a PLN person too. Just a reason. When I checked, there was no WA coming in, no phone calls either. Besides, I didn't go anywhere while I was there, just went out to the minimarket for a while.G worth it.

Cheap, comfortable, safe accommodation in Malang.. The place is clean, the facilities are complete and access is very close to the city center.. There's a lot of food to eat.. Suitable for travelers who want to go to Malang... ๐๐

Came here to meet a friend who came to Malang. In my opinion, the place is clean and comfortable. The employees are kind and friendly. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor, downstairs is a food stall. It's just that parking access is somewhat limited.
