The first time I arrived, I had booked via Oyo, when I arrived at the hotel, I knew that I had not used Oyo, but Reddoorz (even though I didn't see a Reddoorz sign) & the price was different from Oyo (the person guarding me gallantly said that the owner had already informed the guests that no If you want a low price, you don't need to stay here)Since I checked in late (at 1.30 because my ship was late at docking) I took the room.The one who looked after the cute guys, didn't help me carry my things in, after I got them I asked him to help carry them to the room but he just kept quiet, after the bags were quite heavy I carried them myself, then he helped me carry my small things 🤣Michat's children's boarding class room, the bathroom is dirty, the sheets are spottyThe hot water is off (the man on duty said the hot water can't be turned on if the bathroom isn't full🤣🤣)And it was also annoying that on the 3rd day the water turned off, with the reason being there was damage to the reservoir, without any notification, without a word of apology, without any solution for guests who wanted to shower, brush their teeth, etc.I don't recommend staying here at all, unless the owner is aware that now rival lodgings in the area are offering better ones at the same price.

Don't recommend it at all, the service took a long time, I booked a family suite room on the app until the room was taken down, the hot water couldn't be really bad anyway.

The worst Reddoorz I've ever been to..With the same price, in several Reddoorz which always have hot water, soap,..there's none here..the sheets are dirty..lots of mosquitoes..wifi doesn't work..dirty trash bins, towels it's dirty..it just doesn't feel right to annoy your feet..

The hotel is quite dirty and smells bad. The receptionists are smoking inside of the hotel and you can smell the smoke inside the room. The room was quite spacious but dirty. No hot water. The receptionist spoke bad English.
