A small resort near Denchai-Prae highway but not too far from Denchai Train station, provide all guests with 2 sizes of clean room that can be selected with proper price, small one costed 500thb w/o breakfast or a big size with breakfast, costed 800thb per n9ght

Deducted 4 stars because of one thing: the duvet was smelly and musty like it hadn't been washed at all. Plus there are many white stains. Makes me not dare to use a towel at all. 👎Otherwise OK, should be improved.

It's a very nice place to stay, next to the main road, traveling to Chiang Rai late at night, easy to see. The host is friendly and provides six-star service. Next time, I'll stay again.

The room is good, clean.Strong water flow, cool air conditioning, good atmosphere.But I reserved a room for 500 baht.When I arrived there was no room. No advance call Offered to reduce the price of a house-style room from 800 to 700, but did not inform that the price had been reduced and breakfast would not be provided.Communication should be improved better than this.
