Nice room at an affordable price, suitable for those of you who are only staying one night and really sleeping, it's comfortable even though the mattress isn't that soft. But for those of you who like good service, don't do it because I got less than pleasant service, from one of the guards who was probably over 30, from the first time I arrived, I actually looked at it for a long time, I was really uncomfortable being waited on at night, I checked in at 10 o'clock. Yes, actually it's still okay but the most uncomfortable thing is that when checking out, the guard is holding things in the car, it's like he's shouting "here are the keys," it's not polite at all even though he's holding things and what's the matter if I'm helping you if you only have the keys ๐คฃ๐คฃ

Guest house in Malang city which is located in a residential area. The atmosphere is calm and quite cool. The service is friendly and the prices are cheap. Facilities and buildings are well maintained. On the first floor there is a coffee shop to order food and drinks. Unfortunately access to the city is quite far and if you order food online you have to go to the security post gate. For security, it is guarded by a security post with rather strict entry access. Favorite food is fried rice, the best ๐๐

The location is a bit inside the housing complex, but the plus point is that the place is quiet. Not noisy. The room is very clean.

Will stay here again if I go to Malang, the city center location is close to the station, Kayoetangan and the city center. With a room price of 250k, it's really worth it, the house is really nice, the location in the cluster is quiet, the room is clean, the AC is cold, there's warm water, and you can order food, just ask Mr. Udin, the caretaker, there's a room for families too with 5 beds (1 single 2 doubles). Don't forget to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste, towel soap is availableโค๏ธThere are lots of aesthetic corners for photos, my son is very happy playing around the house

The place is not bad, you can't get a toothbrush. Only access to enter is a bit difficult because you have to go through a security guard portal & if you want to just go out to buy food it's a long way to go.

The location is in the middle of the city, in an elite housing complex. Close to robucca. The room wasn't very airtight so the sound of people in the next room chatting could be heard clearly. Unfortunately there is only 1 socket available.
