The house is large, 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, AC in every room, TV in every room plus 1 in the living room, water heater, washing machine, complete kitchen equipment, 2 small car garage

Spacious building, location close to Malang Gajayana University. Close to Alfamidi and places selling food and snacks. Easy access. There is a carport that fits 2 cars / 1 elf/hiace car. The building consists of 2 floors

Each room has AC & TV2. The bathroom is complete with a water heater3. There is a balcony to relax on4. Very large family roomApart from that, there was a house keeper who was very alert during our stay there on behalf of Mr Tomo & the house owner Mas Widhi was very friendly and responded quicklyThank you Palmview Homestay Malang for the comfort during your stay thereWill definitely stay there again if I go to Malang :)

From this place it is quite nice to be still in the city, the road in front of the house is wide, and there are quite a lot of rooms. The 8 of us are still free. Near the house there is Alfa Midi for daily needs.What's not nice is that there is a guard who actually has his own access to the back room, but also enters the living room and kitchen area, so it doesn't make us free.Because he cooks in the kitchen, the food ingredients are also in the refrigerator, and he refuses to throw them away because they smell. Indeed, the tofu that was placed seems to have expired. Slimy.Maintenance carried out on the bathroom. AC, it seems to be just what it is. The dispenser was out of stock when we arrived.The conclusion is that the place has the potential to be comfortable to live in but it is wrong to choose someone who doesn't understand how to maintain a place that will be rented to customers.
