I booked 3 in the evening, from the start of checkin the staff was really not very informative, they weren't delivered to the room and didn't clean it first, in the application the equipment included bath soap, toothbrush shampoo, when I went to the lobby they asked, they said they were still looking for it, I waited almost an hour to come back and they said it was gone. It didn't really match what was ordered, so I bought it myself because my poor wife was already hot and wanted to take a shower. When asked about the power outage, she asked for a token. After waiting for 30 minutes, she went back to the staff room, she answered confused, she said it was a blackout, there was no solution at all, we as guests want to be served. when there are problems regarding roomsReally disappointed with the service, I paid a lot of money and what I got was not satisfactoryFor those who want to stay here, think first

The room is okay, air-conditioned and has a toilet, food and drinks are also available, the price is also affordable... But last time when the room was full... it was a bit chaotic, not as usual... my suggestion would be on weekdays if only want to book PS

The place is quite strategic, close to looking for food too, you can get an air-conditioned room for 200 thousand, very affordable for backpackers, you even have a smart TV, Netflix account is also available from them, clean linen even though the pillows are not fluffy, parking is safe because it's on the page, water heater There are also. Well, there are quite a lot of things that need to be improved. From the beginning of the check in, the male staff seemed confused and not very informative, you can train more, I saw the IG, you can order noodles/snacks/drinks, it turns out this is really useful, if you provide the information at the beginning. when guests check in. When checking out the female staff had a good attitude, friendly, good job👍 & the male staff who checked the room was also ok. and again, there isn't a trash can in the room haha luckily bringing plastic is safer so it's not a problem, the AC remote wasn't given either which is great so the AC turned on and then. Same with asking for a clothes hanger to be added, maybe? Under the mattress, it's better to clean it because honestly it's really messy, the windows need to be repaired, it's really hard to tidy up, this is really important for guest privacy. and actually I booked a smoking room because to be honest the room was really cute in the photo, but because I don't smoke I still wanted to be there and I had already noted to make the room smell better but it turned out I was given a non-smooking room which was just a plain room haha. but yeah, never mind. I hope I can improve again. everything else is really ok. poor 3box success.

It's a good place when you're spending pen time, because when you're spending time with me, who am I? wow. Even though I didn't use AC because I was smoking, the room was cool, recommended for those who want to play PS but don't have PS and are introverts :)
