Worst experience of my life. It’s not even humane to let people sleep in conditions like this. Nothing to do with the photos on the internet. The walls are black with dirt, the sheets stained, you have to brush your teeth in the shower. Cats are locked in a room, I won't tell you about the smell.

I want to share my worst experience.I went to Malang without any plans because my brother suddenly asked me to come here because it was a long weekend. It was difficult for me to find a hotel. The important thing was that the road to Tidar Malang was near my brother. You don't have time to look at the reviews anymore, you can just pay directly via the application.It turned out that it was very serious and very disappointing, to the point of fighting with the immediate family. Because the price of 285 thousand is not comparable to the price of 250 thousand. Those who have stayed overnight...Reddoorz is also the same but very satisfying. This is 285 thousand wasted, only used for 4 hours in the room, you are looking for another replacement. It's a bit difficult because it's full of everything. I am very disappointed and will not come back here again, I don't even want to be given free money because it's really bad.Our disappointment:-When you arrive, parking in front is very difficult. There is no car parking area, in the end the parking opposite was quite far and unsafe because it was difficult for the reception staff to monitor. I protested and finally prepared a place in front, but it was difficult and I was afraid of being hit by another car when passing because of the position of the road.- when you enter the door the room is very shabby where the receptionist is not worthy of being seen together with the package expedition- the room is on the 2nd floor up the regular stairs- Entering the room there is no smell of dirty smells- Entering the room, opening the door, you were presented with a very bad view, there was 1 cloth on the bed which was like a doormat and 2 small bottles of drinking water. I then asked what kind of cloth this was, bro, why was the mat for the feet put on the bed, but sir, he answered, "Towel, it's very sad, just for a mat, sorry, it's not suitable for serving guests, it has to be thrown away... this towel is ugly, black, too small." critical.-When sitting on the bed, it turns out that the mattress is not soft and immediately feels springy which can damage our body. My child was lying on the floor and didn't want to go to bed because he was sick. In the end I went down to the receptionist again to ask to move rooms but he said that's how it was and there were no empty rooms. Then the master gave us 2 blankets to hold each other so it wouldn't touch our bodies, but we tried hard and it still hurt. It's itchy because the sheets are dirty and not looked after, the 2 small pillows are ugly- The wallpaper on the bedroom walls was torn to shreds-The walls had hand-scribbled pornographic pictures until my child said, how come there are pictures, are they really that bad?-The walls have lipstick marks- the bathroom door was broken- the bathroom is shabby, the cloth cover for the bathroom is not well maintained- no toiletries toothbrush, toothpaste etc- no tissue-no trash can-no chairs- no cupboard-no glasses, electric kettle, coffee, etc. (I have suggested to the receptionist that you go to Reddoorz "S" Look and learn, compare there because at "S" the price is 250 thousand, very satisfying, everything is complete, the mattress is nice, soft, clean-Wifi can't be used-The AC is working well. At first it was difficult because the written buttons were gone. There were no instructions. Until I went back to the master, I asked if it wouldn't turn on... You had to press it hard and be told which button was the power, then you could turn on the AC.As a result, we gave up after getting a better one and finally checked out without any refund, we just took all the bad things out to the master, he said there had been a lot of complaints and they had conveyed them to the owner but there had been no action. Hopefully the owner will quickly have good intentions to fix everything, so that guests don't pay in vain but can't sleep there because everyone's body will definitely hurt and they will probably have to go to the hospital or a masseuse when they stay there.Overall, it's very bad, please pay attention, I'm sorry for those who are trapped in bookings like me, there's no refund whatsoever and it's also not profitable for your business in the future. Many are disappointed and don't want to do it twice n many timesLook at the reviews, many of them are bad, please respond, sir/madam owner
