review for 29-30 May 2024 room 208, the two of us had just come from a trip to the accommodation to unwind, just lay down on the bed, the receptionist named Fajri sent a WhatsApp message via his personal number asking us when is check out tomorrow? morning or afternoon?Those of us who had just arrived were still tired, really made emotional by that question, a question that should have been asked if we had entered tomorrow and were approaching the check out deadline, at least we knew the etiquette for receiving guests.secondly, that night we also wanted to make hot drinks, when we wanted to make tea the receptionist called gais Sandi warned us not to use white glasses (well, if you can't, why put them there, bambang) and you have to use the small glasses that have been provided (no After thinking about it, there is no spoon, and you have to wait for the water to boil for quite a long time (because the water is cooked using an electric kettle, not a dispenser)when, at around 9/10 in the morning, the receptionist Sandi sent a WhatsApp message saying that he would be leaving and leaving his ID card at the reception desk (even though the risk of losing it was great) I really couldn't understand the way to serve guests and the etiquette at this house. , even though this is not the first time we have stayed, at the end of 2023 we stayed overnight and immediately booked for a week (the receptionist was a woman and she served us very well)and then in May and early May 2024 we also rebooked the room in about a week or so and without any discounts we were just fine, what we were disappointed with was the way we served overnight guests like us, constantly reminding ourselves of the check out limit (even though at every the room already has a notification sheet) and previously we never had a problem if we missed the check out time by adding 50 thousand rent, for us money is not everything, the service is quite bad, if you have criteria for accepting guests you have to be like this and refuse those like this, you should just mention it at the reception desk so that we don't book a room, we hope that the owner will immediately follow up firmly in training the inn's receptionist, so that undesirable things like this don't happen, maybe this will be the last lodging for us at the home, because we are quite disappointed with this treatment.
