I ordered directly via WhatsApp and was given a cheaper price than on the application.Service is good and friendly.The room is clean, comfortable and very spacious for a room price of 280 thousand/night.Very satisfied staying here.

Stayed here on Oct 22...I'm confused about which way to go to Moscow... just go through the ITN gate...Clean & comfortable but had to move because there were cockroaches staying there too...There were 4 of us so we had to add 1 extra bed because we only had 2 beds... that's okay even though we've never experienced this in other hotels...That's good.. please try..

For those who are here for the first time and using Google Maps, don't be fooled... The entrance can be from the main door of the ITN campus.

The rooms are clean and spacious and all the furniture is really special. The bed is clean and still looks like new, including the bathroom is beautiful and super comfortable with hot water facilities. The built quality of the furniture and all the equipment used is included in the luxury category. The location is only a few minutes from the Karang Loh toll gate near the ITN Malang campus so it is ideal compared to staying in the middle of the congested city of Malang. Overall very satisfied and cheap.

I ordered a standard room typeThe guard service is friendly, responsive, easy to find, spacious rooms, fairly complete facilities with drinking water heater, TV, AC, 2 clean towels still wrapped from laundry, 2 toiletries, shower, rooms are also clean, comfortable for a homestay classFor the old closet, fill the tank in the room I live in

Canceled unilaterally from the hotel after making a booking to stay on May 4 2022 for 3 days and payment was made via Agoda. The hotel argued that it no longer had any cooperation with Agoda and was told to use Traveloka. Why don't you inform me from the start that there is no longer any cooperation with Agoda, so I still have to arrange a refund for my funds at Agoda. Is it cheaper from Agoda to say there is no more cooperation?
