Worst experience while I was travelling. From the start of check in the service was not good. At the beginning of check-in, the response was curt. Even though we had already paid for our stay, we had paid in full. Given 2 towels but in different conditions (1 in plastic, 1 not in plastic) but this is still understandable. The shower grip was about to come off so when I put the shower onto the grip, the shower fell. The electrical port has also been removed but fortunately it is still in use. Suggest: even better service, we pay instead of freeloading. On the third day we finally decided not to stay here any longer. Sorry.

The service is okay, the CS is helpful and we can leave items too. Clean neat rooms. Only the mattress is hard, the pillows are flat, and the bed sheets look shabby. At first the toilet didn't flush, it turned out you had to open the bottom tap, you had to wait for hot water for several minutes. There is a table, cupboard, clothesline which is quite helpful. TV and AC work well. There's only one plug on the table, so you have to bring your own plug. Yesterday's price was around 300, which is quite okay. Because the order is also tight. Just a bit far from the city center. But just down the road there are quite a lot of cafes, laundries and minimarkets. Over all it's okay, just need to change what I mentioned, so it's better and the customer is comfortable.
