People be careful with this hotel. They guarantee you a beautiful room, and then they put you in a cellar with mushrooms. Problem with returning the money. I don't recommend it.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, but I booked a room with a sea view, the room condition was quite good, just a little puddle on the bathroom floor. Strategic location, near from sea port and airport.

The place itself its fine. Beds are very very laud - if you are sleeping in a room with 4 people you need something to block your ears. There is muslims concerts in the area - at 10 pm 4 am and 6 am and i promise you every single one of those events will make sure you wont fall asleep for the Night.But yes its close to watter..

I hate leaving bad reviews, but our experience here just wasn’t very nice. Firstly, there was some issues with the room such as a broken tap, awful smell in the bathroom and no lock on it. They didn’t do room service so our bins were very full upon check out. It was also really loud at night with the restaurant above our room producing a lot of noise especially around 10 pm with tables being moved and people shouting.Then the main issue and the reason we decided to write this review was the fact that we booked 5 adults on Expedia but when we arrived there was only 2 beds. We assumed they would put up a spare bed but when we asked about this the lady on reception was rude and made it out like it was our fault for booking 5 people to one room, even though we paid for 5 people and Expedia said it would sleep that many. They tried to make us pay for the additional bed despite having paid for 5 people already. They did eventually put it in for free but it was an uncomfortable experience trying to get this done.It is worth noting that the rest of the staff were friendly though and the location was great being a 10 min walk to the harbour.

The location of the hotel is really central and the hotel rooms are clean and also face the beautiful sea where the hotel staf are very friendly, especially when having breakfast and dinner at the restaurant above the hotel, we can see the beautiful sea view and the food is delicious...

Terrible, we had 5 minutes left and then I preferred to pay for another. Dirty, the room smelled like sewage and what looked like a garden was actually a waterfall with stagnant water. I advise against it

Great location, close enough to walk to most places. Spent 2 nights here, pre and post a Komodo trip. They kept our luggage for free. We got the deluxe balcony with a sea view, not too much of a view but nice to have natural light. Restaurant and bar has a fantastic view. Staff were happy to help getting the luggage to the rooms if we requested. Hotel had water cooler to refill our bottles which was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, working aircon, great showers with good water pressure.

I have little to add about the place. I cannot conceive today that a room continues to be rented wall to wall with the staff rest room, where they are obviously up very early, talk, and make noise (they have every right to do so, it is their rest), but yes You want to sleep until late, impossible. On the other hand, I also don't like that the restaurant shows prices and then charges taxes + service, which inflates the bill by around 20%. Likewise, the room I'm talking about, which is number 4, is on, let's say, the -2 floor of the hotel, so obviously it doesn't have windows and you have to sleep with the air conditioning. luckily it was only one night

Lovely old building, a few stairs to get up to get to the rooms, but seemed like it was a bit flimsy - doors not solid. Room small, not much space e.g. for storage, but comfy. Offered a welcome drink and they had an OK restaurant (with killer views) further upstairs. OK food e.g. soup with whole fish in it, just ok drinks. Close to everything. Got massage in the neighborhood because their massage therapists went home early. The photo makes the room look nicer and larger than it was. All in all, ok.

Strategic location in the middle of the city, you can walk directly in the city center. There is a spa and restaurant with a very beautiful harbor view. Good, friendly service, clean rooms, after checking in guests get a welcome drink of ice tea👍

A perfectly "fine" budget hotel. But there are enough negatives vs positives such that I would stay elsewhere.Positives: location, friendly staff.Negatives: noisy squeaky beds, aircon not very good, towels not particularly clean.The staff tried to accommodate complaints, but that didn't always help.

Location in the city center, just walk if you want to go anywhere. Close to restaurants, souvenirs and the harbor. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a small leak in the ceiling that fell onto the mattress. Hopefully it will be corrected soon so as not to make customers feel uncomfortable and the hotel's image is maintained.

We just stayed overnight at Eco Tree Otel. The rooms were fine, the staff in the restaurant was nice and also the front desk. We had a nice shower and a reasonable sleep. However, upon checkout we were hussled for 150k to pay for stained sheets that the cleaning staff claimed we had done. We did not. Beware this scam.
