This is the first time I've been here, last weekend... The first time I felt like the place wasn't really that cramped. It's pretty easy to go anywhere. When I arrived, the vibe was calm. The man on duty was also friendly and helpful, when I didn't have cash with me he directed me to just transfer it. Thank God it was easy... Entering the room, coincidentally my room was a family type on the 2nd floor, when I entered I was relieved... The bed was comfortable, the linen was clean, the towels were also clean, the bathroom was clean. All good, thank God.. I think if I go to Malang I will definitely stay here again.. I have a little note, please do a deep cleaning for the water mold on the bathroom door. It's not that annoying, but it would be better if the fungus was removed. Thank You

HIDDEN GEM is a Sharia guesthouse in Malang. I'm staying 6-10 May 2024 (4 nights).1.  LOCATION & NEAREST CULINARY.  Strategically only 1km from Malang City Station with taxol only around 15k.  Close to culinary delights (walking distance).  There is Ayam Penyet Ria, Soto Lamongan Dr Soetomo (Kampung Chicken), Rawon Brintik, Toko Roti Sara (traditional snacks/wet cakes), Pecel Malang Mbak Sri at Klojen Market.For fathers, you can walk to the Saladin Mosque.In the afternoon/evening there are many coffee houses (walking distance).  Not bad for hanging out for coffee & chatting.  There is KAJE Coffee (next to Inan guesthouse), Ruca Koffie, Cheesebury Kopitiam, KayPang, Rujak Cingur Jl Husni Thamrin etc.You can also take Taxol to Oro Oro Dowo Market (15k), Kopitiam / Kayutangan coffee house (15k), Cui Mie Kawi Atas (15k), Ranch Market Semeru (15k), MOG Mall (15k), etc.2.  GENERAL FACILITIES.  There is WIFI, swimming pool, with a changing area on the ground floor near the swimming pool, kitchen (there is a refrigerator/freezer, can make hot drinks & pop noodles 😄), terrace by the pool has tables & chairs for eating & drinking, the lobby is very homey like living room at home.  The parking area is also large enough for 8-10 4-wheeled vehicles.  The left and right surroundings of the guesthouse consist of private houses.There is a prayer room on the 2nd floor. If it's time to check out or you're waiting for your room to be ready.  There are prayer rooms and shower, changing and toilet facilities on the ground floor next to the swimming pool.3.  IN-ROOM FACILITIES.  The rooms are bright with high ceiling heights and very wide and high windows.  The interior color is bright (beige colored walls), the floor is with wide and bright marble tiles, 1 door wardrobe, the bed is large with a KingKoil mattress, each person gets 2 comfortable pillows, there is a dresser with 4 large drawers and a mirror , there is a Hanging Mirror which is tall and wide, next to the bed there is also a cupboard containing 2 large drawers, a Koran is also provided and there is an Al Qibla Sticker on the roof of the room.  There is an In-House telephone too.  The AC is also cold and there is a TV with news channels.  The bathroom is quite practical, there is a sink, towel rack, toilet & jet spray, towel hooks on the bathroom door, shower with glass cubicle, there is a handle bar that can be used to put towels too.  In the shower cubicle there is a separate faucet for taking ablution / ablution water.  The shower faucet has Hot & Cold water.  There are 2 Soap & Shampoo dispensers.  Towels and juva towel mats are provided.4.  SERVICE / EMPLOYEES.  Very friendly & family friendly.  When I checked in, I was assisted by Mas Donny who was very friendly & helpful.  So the employees are multi-skilled.  So Housekeeper, Gardener, Receptionist.  It's really cool 👍👍5.  ROOM RATES.  Value for Money and standard, like other guesthouses around Malang city.  I have asked several guesthouses, the room rates are all the same.Overall I am very happy.  God willing, if I go to Malang again I will always stay at Inan Guesthouse.  5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍

As for the facilities, it's okay. The hot water takes a long time to come out. For those bringing children of any age there will be an additional fee. I brought 3 children aged 1, 5, 8 years and were subject to an additional fee of 100 thousand. The wifi cannot be used in the room.
