As for hotel services, it's OK. But... What really made me disappointed & embarrassed and hurt was the ex-wife's party for my son on 29 September 2024. at 4 pm and 6 pm. I ordered 500 pax. There were 420 guests in attendance. With the promised 10 menus. But even during the 1st session, the refill was already very long. Until "the EO came down to the kitchen angry" because the food was empty. 10 menus but they all ran out because there were so few portions to fill. The noodles at the VIP table were taken away for a public table...my goodness. Even though during the food test I asked... For 10 people/portion. The results are different, boss. It feels so far... So much different. During the food test the score was 8-9. At the party...Geez...it's 4-5. .Asparagus soup becomes starch soup. The noodles are messy & not tasty. The nasgor isn't delicious, bro. Lauke Nasgor a little bit. Kimlo soup contains lots of vegetables. Koloke Sause is a mess. Oh my gosh... My extended family is grumbling about it. Very embarrassing. Very traumatic party at the hotel. Moreover, there is no solution. Just apologizing... 😞😔. In essence, I am very disappointed with the catering & chef. I already know 500 invitations. Why aren't you ready... Too underestimated. Sorry for posting here, Mr. Ahmad, Ms. Shinta, Mr. Steven. So that there are no victims like me. I paid almost 70 million in full 2 months ago. Spya the hotel can prepare it well. The result... Embarrassing at a once-in-a-lifetime wedding event.

Those who book a standard or superior room may not have any problems, if you book a cottage and happen to get a decent room, the only problem is going up and down the stairs for some distance and the wifi doesn't reach the bottom, you always re-login and get disconnected.For views and those looking for tranquility, it is highly recommended. It's not noisy and you can really hear the sounds of nature, you can still hear the crickets, you can hear the splash of water from the river below. You can see squirrels jumping on the trees😍👍🏻
