I booked and paid via Agoda and it was confirmed. When we arrived at the location at around 19.00 it turned out that there were no officers at the location. Because they had been waiting for quite a long time, residents around the hotel location came and informed them that it was already afternoon and there were no officers on duty at the location. As a result, after waiting for more than 1 hour, I left the location and was forced to look for another accommodation. Then I tried to contact via WhatsApp but the message I sent was not answered until the next morning.VERY DISADVANTAGE. ALREADY PAID CAN'T STAY. PAYMENT MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED.Very unprofessional and detrimental to customers.Be careful if you want to order at this place, make sure to call first and make sure there will be someone to welcome you.

The room was very dirty even the tovels and the sheets had brown spots on it, in the fridge were have used soda bottles and dirt of course
the tv was missing and in generall everything is kind of broken
