Very happy and would happily stay again. Easy to find central location. Had some small shops in walking distance for dinner or beverages..Plenty of parking. Older but big lobby area, big dining area, wide hallway, large rooms. Beautiful wood everywhere. Chairs, carved murals. Room had an entire wall of built in wood for storage,My only issues is as I'm older now the bed is low for me. Difficult for me to stand up. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom has a tub that is tall. Difficult to step in and out. They had grab bars on the wall that help. The shower is an older fixed style not the flexible style. Water was good pressure and hot and cold knob to adjust tempature.Bathroom also had a bottle opener screwed by the sink.It was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast some items made to order and some bread, ham, cereal, coffee, milk. The pork rice congee soup made to order was big. A meal by itself.Swimming pool looked nice and if I had more time I would use. At check in staff mentioned ask for a pool towel. Do not use the room towel at the pool. If room towel used there was a seperate charge of 300 baht..

Reception is not ok, doesn't care, doesn't care about customers who go alone. Choose to deal with customers Room cleanliness is not good. Items that are not in use For example, coasters and drinking glasses that have not been used for a long time, not washed and replaced every time after guests check out, smell very dusty. Cleanliness is okay. The location is easy to find. But overall the service is not ok.

We are Nan people. who came down to work in Bangkok who have no experience sleeping in hotels or finding overnight accommodations At that time, we went home to take the exam. When the exam was finished, we would come back to work. It was quite late in the evening. So I tried booking accommodation on the Agoda app, having never booked before and having no experience. We booked a hotel in the same area. Will reserve on 4/3/66 But forgot to look at the month of reservation. Went to reserve for the 4th month. Therefore it is 4/4/66 When checking in at the hotel The staff doesn't speak well. When I found out that I booked the wrong month. There was an appearance of dissatisfaction. We didn't feel good so we walked out and at that time it was already 7:00 p.m. So we kept walking, thinking that we would definitely sleep on the side of the road, and we almost shed tears. After searching Google for a while, I saw that there was another hotel nearby (Mae Yom Palace Hotel), so we called the number on Google. When the employee answered the phone, he spoke so well that I almost cried on the phone haha. My voice at that time was very trembling. When I walked in, the receptionist told me to take a double bed or a single bed. Double rooms are cheaper than single beds. Because we came alone And at that time I had just recently gone through an anxiety event. We chose a double bed. But the employee told me he would give me a single bed room. As for the price, pay according to the price of a double bed. I almost cried in front of that employee. But I tried to suppress my feelings. The night went well and we were very relieved. But the most embarrassing thing is...we woke up late. Didn't get to eat porridge in time and checked out late haha.Very embarrassing//The last thing I want to say is that the service is very good, I like it very much. The employees have a good attitude and should be a model for many hotels. Regarding the location and beauty, it may not be as good as other hotels. But the service is very excellent.Very pampering for customers ❤️#And if we ever go home again The place we would choose to rest on our way back to work couldn't be anywhere else but here. The “deluxe” rooms on Agoda are not worth paying extra for, their windows are small and very dirty so you can’t really enjoy the mountain views. Only the corner units (at the end of the corridor) are deluxe rooms, and they don’t have a full set of windows facing out. The room felt dark and dingy on arrival. The shower is above a bath (not safe for people with mobility issues), the bath is not clean, and has a dirty and torn shower curtain. Some room furniture is clearly broken and needs to be repaired or replaced.It is not worth 1,000B per night & I wish I’d stayed somewhere else. The hotel feels bit soul-less and (way) beyond its prime.There are ads for bicycle rental for 100B per day — on enquiry, it turns out they are not available, and old.On the plus side, the room is spacious and the reception staff friendly.Overall, a disappointing experience.Update: incredibly loud, banging drum and bass music at 23:30h on a Saturday night, that’s even audible with earplugs in. You have been warned. Avoid at all cost.

Checked in at a different rate that was shown on my phone . No problem. Went to tue pool with my grandson… BIG surprise!!! The hotel rented the pool out to an outside swimming school with about 50-60 toddlers!!!!!!! Splashing !! Yelling!!! No room to swim for me and my grandson.Location is away from the famous wood furniture store

The rooms are old-style, have a bathtub, and have hot and cold water taps. But the water system is good. Beds, towels, tables and chairs are old to very old. Some things could probably be changed. But the service staff is very attentive. There is breakfast included or not. Room prices compared to accommodations in Phrae are considered expensive. Room fee is 1000 per night, breakfast not included. If included, 1200 is good in the city. If you don't have a place to stay, it helps because there's a lot of room. There's plenty of parking, but if you go when there are few people, it will be a little quiet.
