The building is new, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Comfortable environment, guests who enter must leave their ID card at the cluster security post.

I'm a resident of the Casa de Louvre 5 boarding house and have actually been here for quite a long time, more or less 3 years.At first I was happy in this boarding house, because the boarding house was clean and well maintained. As time went on I became more and more disappointed with the maintenance: the kitchen was very dirty (especially because the boarding house has a cafe and the cafe's cooking activities are shared with the boarding house kitchen), dirty toilets, the laundry often smells, and floors that don't seem to be swept and mopped regularly because I can seeing the same stains in the same area for several days (example: dead cockroaches on the stairs that have been there for several days, dead flies on the stairs that have been there for several days). I've expressed criticism several times, but the information has always been cleared, to the point where I'm confused about how to respond to indicate conditions that are still not okay. The information I received from the boarding house lady and from the management is that currently 1 lady has been given the responsibility to take care of 3 boarding houses. I think this is too heavy and could possibly be one of the contributing factors to poor cleanliness.Sorry, Casa de Louvre team, I have to convey all this via Google review, because with all the efforts I have made, I no longer know how to get real action. I hope this can become an introspection with the management to always maintain good quality. It really feels like a shame for a boarding house that has been built and invested in as good as this but is not maintained properly.
