The room has a lot of dust and is very dirty. The toilet paper in the bathroom was not changed. I don't know if guests have to change it themselves or not. The bathroom smells quite bad. The old mirror was in this condition from the moment I walked into the room. The room price is almost a thousand baht but the condition is like 2-3 hundred baht. The curtains in the bathroom are old according to condition. Location next to the road, can hear cars running all night.

The lights in the bathroom are dark. drain pipe flows slowly The curtain in the bathroom is short and doesn't close completely. The position of the TV lights hurts my eyes. Will turn on but the bedside light is too dark.Reserve 3 places, price 700 for 4 people because there is a small child of 5 years old. The man asked how many people were staying, so he answered 3 because anywhere else they wouldn't consider a 5 year old child. I feel bad. Because I asked 2 times each time. Previously stayed at ABIZZ Kwan Phayao. The price is similar, both the view and the beautiful rooms are very different from this. I saw that they were trying to support some of the houses. But seeing this is a waste of money. The blankets on the small bed are just like those at a relative's house.

Nice all teak separate chalet type buildings. They had a kettle , okay wifi and nice grounds. The owners were friendly. No food but across the road and beside in an essential garage had good options. It's about 4 kms outside the main part of phrae so car transport is advisable.

The accommodation is next to the road, very easy to find. Arrive about 10 minutes before entering Phrae city. There is no key deposit fee. There is a covered car park at the back. The atmosphere of the accommodation is shady and there are many trees. Not too wide and not too narrow. There are places to sit, relax, or eat. The area in the middle is a grassy field. It's quiet, but you can hear the sound of cars quite clearly. especially trucksIn the room there is a table for placing things. There is a seat next to the window. Wide enough for sleeping. You can see the garden, the air conditioner is cool, the TV screen is small but good, the water is strong, the guy provides good service. Auntie Maid is very cute. The owner's auntie was lovely, hospitable, not chaotic. In the room there were paper cups and plates for use, 3 bottles of water, and a hot water kettle in the room as well.The mattress is soft, not bouncy and does not rebound. The bed is noisy. Always if you move The shower water didn't come out properly. When I informed them, they changed it for me. It's not new, but it's better.
