Very isolated villa, in the middle of nothing, 10 minutes from Ubud.Very difficult to access by car via a winding path in the middle of rice fields.The overall appearance is good, very large bean-shaped swimming pool in Bali stone with a view of nature.Part of a group of several houses.Very pleasant air-conditioned rooms, decent wifi.Living room with windows overlooking nature.There is an electrical problem in this villa, and the lights are constantly on circuit breaker, no more light in the evening, no more wifi.The staff is doing their best, but simply turning on a circuit breaker does not solve the electrical problem and it trips again an hour later.In any case, this pretty house deserves better general maintenance, because many details suggest that it lacks maintenance.Please note, however, that the staff is exceptional, responsive, attentive and even unexpected, like this birthday cake for our friend, totally improvised and so elegant.The Balinese are smiling, calm, generous and smiling people.Always attentive and caring.This island is beautiful and authentic as long as you leave the coasts and the over-tourism behind.There are magical places and your eyes will shine forever

This place exceeded all expectations. Beautifully presented, super quiet and private, comfortable beds and furnishings, well equipped kitchen and the staff were all on hand for anything you need. You can hire a chef and floating breakfast baskets in advance. Perfect place for couples or families. AC in all the bedrooms and fans in the living space with sliding windows and doors so the air circulates which was more than enough. No roosters, dogs or construction in the area or parties allowed so it's incredibly peaceful. There's not much in walking distance but most people will have a driver or use gojek. I'm already planning my next holiday here ❤️🙏🥰

We had an amazing 1 night stay at this villa booked last minute so we could stay longer in Ubud. It’s located surrounded by beautiful rice terraces and when walking into the villa you are greeted by lush gardens and absolute serenity. Dewa the butler, surprised us with a refreshing welcome drink and was available for any requests we had. The place is really clean and the beds super comfortable. Really good aircon and the facilities are top notch. The pool was so clean and refreshing. We really want to stay here again 💯

ATTENTION! Air conditioning only in small rooms, not in the main room (in the photos you can see the kitchen and sofa). Don't let the description fool you! This place is not suitable for work because working in high temperatures without air conditioning is impossible. Immediately after purchasing, you will find out that you will pay extra for late check-in. After 20 hours of flight, we were asked 5 times when we would arrive and whether it was still far away. I have NEVER encountered this. If you want to file a complaint, the host will beat you to it and will file a report in Airbnb first to present the problem to your advantage. He didn't respond to requests for an air conditioner, so we couldn't work. We lost a lot of time. At the end they charged us about $10 for breaking a glass. I'll tell you straight. Be careful! Julien won't draw any conclusions and you won't talk to him anyway. He lives outside Bali and is only contacted through local staff. This was the WORST experience of my travels.
