✓1 villa consists of 3 bedrooms, includes an ensuite bathroom✓Clean, comfortable, quiet.✓The location of the villa is near the beach and in the middle of rice fields, so the hot air in the room won't cool down even if you turn on the AC, maybe because the roof tiles are straight without a ceiling✓Location close to restaurants in the baypass area, no need to be confused about looking for food.✓Beautiful pool for soaking in the water, not for swimming in a triathlon, OK 🙅✓Parking is enough for 3 small cars, only 2 large cars✓ Clean kitchen, including stove, refrigerator, plates, cutlery, barbecue,✓Toilets are in each room + outside toilet✓No Service, because the villa is not a hotel✓The friendly owner immediately intervenes if there are problems

Our family stayed here for 4 nights, the place is comfortable in the rice field area, far from noise, clean, there is a large yard with a pool with clear water, the rooms are comfortable and there is a complete kitchen, very suitable for a family place to stay, we will stay here again for a holiday family.
