Way better than I expected. Clean room in a beautiful balinese house. You'll get the tranquility of village living. They offer paid dinner, since it's far from any restaurant or grocery mart. Airport transfer also available. If you're a dog lover, you'll love it here. It's been 2 nights, I can't get the dog to let me pet it but it will accompany me for an afternoon walk. Will definitely be coming back.

This is an actual home stay since you immediately feel like home staying with Yulia and Putu. What a wonderful experience of Balinese hospitality! I also loved their beautiful garden and home temple.Came walking with a friend in the dark after a sick sunset surf session at Karamas and left in the early morning to climb Mount Agung. For dinner we followed Putus recommendation and went to the night food market in Gianyar which was an authentic local culinary highlight.They’ve been very welcoming, warm hearted and supportive, the rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom fully functional - shower with hot water and good water pressure.I can recommend everyone staying here and will be back myself one day!

The lady boss spoke some Korean, so communication was easy. I want to rent a motorcycle, but there are no places to rent one nearby. It's completely local... I borrowed the owner's sister's bike for 100k per day. I think a bike is essential in this area. It's an area where there are no taxis. (The owner's husband is a driver, so he can take you to the city for 100km one way if you want.) There's no hot water. It's not very cold, but it was enough to take a shower, and the owner and his wife are very friendly. . The inconvenient thing was that a local person stayed in the room next door, and the phone calls were very audible until late at night. Because it was in the countryside, chickens crowed constantly. And because the house had a unique smell, I slept with a mask on. I had a great local experience in Gianyar!

My experience in Bali wouldn’t be the same without staying with Yulie and Putu. Very humble people who make you feel safe and at home. They insist in treating you like family, attending every need and helping you in every way. Beautiful traditional Balinese home and a cozy clean room. I will never comeback to Bali without visiting them.
