If compared to the price of 700.- not including breakfast. Considered not worth it compared to other hotels (which we have stayed at many places in Phrae but just wanted to try other places). The bathroom in the shower area is very narrow. The location is good, next to Pratu Chai. It's easy to find something to eat.

Good location because you can walk to Pratu Chai. You can go find something to eat without needing to find parking. Very convenient.The room has a connecting room type, suitable for families who want connected rooms. I recommend it. It's very convenient. You won't have to walk in and out and disturb other people.Breakfast, standard options, porridge, fried eggs, bread, fruit, is delicious because some places that are more expensive still don't have any food at all.Counter staff are rarely in front of the counter. But he was in the back room and he called and came out.The only thing I complain about because I encountered it 2 times is the air conditioner in the bedroom. The air blows out... makes me catch a cold. The whole house has a stuffy nose. It makes sleeping difficult, making me unable to breathe. It has happened 2 times now.

Clean hotel, easy to find in Phrae city. You can ride a bicycle to travel, near the night market, there are a lot of things to eat, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, good service, inexpensive prices.

Before booking, think and think again because there are more bad reviews than good. But the price in the app was 663.04 baht including breakfast, so I gave it a try. We reserved the cheapest room.- Location is very easy to find.- Sufficient parking But the back is a bit dirty because there are a lot of doves.- The service staff is good. They speak well, but they don't get cranky or make our faces cranky.😅- Room condition 8/10, not narrow, not wide, just right.- The mattress is not hard or soft. We booked twin beds. The mattress should be 3.5 feet.- The bathroom is a little cramped but clean.- There is no toothbrush provided, there is soap, shampoo, hair cover, and 2 towels.- We got a room on the 3rd floor. So we didn't open the balcony to see the view much because we couldn't see anything. Bird poop all over the balcony because there were a lot of birds. They must have cleaned it thoroughly. But there are lots of little birds every day.- Breakfast, we think it's the price. I've stayed more expensive than this and gotten a bowl of porridge per person.We think it's worth the price in the app. Near the airport, near the market, near tourist attractions. If the normal price is 650-750 baht We think it's good, over 750 baht. We think there are hotels that can compare better than this.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the city. Near the night market foodGot it for 750 baht, the cheapest room rate, including breakfast.The room is ok, single bed combined with a 3 foot bed.The bed was secretly hard, the pillows were high, and the room was not soundproof. Can still hear the sound next to the room and the sound of the door.Another thing is that there are a lot of birds. A lot of bird poop according to reviews. But it's outside. Closing the curtains is OK. But people love cleanliness. You probably don't like it that much 😂😂There are only lights in front of the door and in the bathroom. The rest will be lamps. If you like bright lights, this school may not be for you.

Let's add a star. The price is 750 baht including breakfast. It's delicious as well. Fully loaded.The room was quite good. Parking is reasonably wide. Well, I compared it to the hotel the night before that cost 900 baht, a narrow room with nothing. Taris art was the hero. The little citizen at the counter is cute. Give full advice to guests (Although some guests saw a lot of trouble)

A perfectly good hotel for the price, which included breakfast. Big bed and okay interior, smaller toilet with an even smaller shower. Two lifts, which stop between floors, which means that you usually have to go down a few steps and up again.Nice dining room and reception area, and with parking in front of the hotel.

Narrow bathroom, hands up Haven't raised my arms yet. The mattress is worn out, very old and flat. When sleeping, this is tilted to the point of rolling around in a heap. And another thing, the housewife also turns the bottom of the bed (foot end) up to the top bed (head part), tilted inward like an airplane. The balcony outside the room smelled very fishy and bird droppings.The good thing is that there is cool air conditioning and a buffet breakfast, sausages, fried eggs, toast, minced pork porridge with shiitake mushrooms, stir-fried soy sauce, Milo, coffee, orange juice, watermelon, 800 baht per night.Go back to bed and massage your back first.
