My first boarding house was in Jakarta, close to the office where I work. Strategic location, facilities are okay, rooms are quite spacious. For bathrooms, 2.1 million per month includes electricity and water. There is a shared refrigerator and kitchen too. From the window you can see the city view (especially on the 3rd and 4th floors). It's just that the parking space is narrow. So far so good, recommended

It's a really red flag to live here. For the price of 2 million, it is quite expensive, the facilities are minimal. For those who want to stay here, think again, here I tell you1. Dirty roomWhen you first entered, the vibe was really dirty, plus there was a very shaggy mat still in front of the bathroom.2. Washing machine and kitchen facilities are not suitableAt the beginning you were promised there would be laundry, right? Haha, that's a broken washing machine. The kitchen is also really dirty, it looks like it's never been cleaned.3. The refrigerator is not cleanedThere is a refrigerator, but that's it, it's so dirty, it's never been cleaned, there's so much frost. It's not worth it at all.4. There is no parkingAt the start, I made sure to ask several times was there a parking lot or was there a parking lot, the answer was there was one but it turned out that when I arrived it was just a GT, parking outside the pager, and even then space was limited, it was scary.5. The steps are spaced highCan you imagine how tiring the stairs are that are so high up? Imagine if you lived on the 4th floor.6. Horror vibesThe lamps look like old Javanese lamps that have never been cleaned.7. There is no water heaterThe price is 2 million, there is no water heater, it's a big loss, at least the TV is gasih, even this doesn't exist.8. The owner is just good at talking, don't ever believe it if you don't want to regret it like me.9. If you're late paying for the bus, the phone calls are really noisy. Even though I haven't been a day late. It's still 3pm and it's already very busy.10. When I first entered, I made a deal for a boarding house at the owner's house, when I got the deposit he said someone had taken the room???? You know that, I didn't do it first. Finally I was told to take the boarding house here. Yes, I don't want to.11. The management is really bad, don't stay here, it's better to look for another one. In this area the average price is 2 million, I don't know why. Even though the facilities are great. If the office is still around Benhil or Pejompongan, it's better to stay in Palmerah, which is cheap and clean.

not bad for a place to stay overnight... cheap prices...bed size 160x200...toilet has closet + shower...ac is quite cold...room size is 3x2 meters...there is a table + chairs

Strategic accommodation and affordable prices. Clean, safe and comfortable place. Close to various tourist destinations such as Gelora Bung Karno, Monas and not too far to Kota Tua. The location is also close to the Tanah Abang Market wholesale center.
