The location is okay in the Benhil area, it's also easy to look for food, right in front there is a warteg, next to there is an Alfamart. It is equipped with lift facilities, so you don't need to get tired of lifting suitcases. On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen, available with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, gallon water. The room is considered cramped, because space for praying and opening suitcases is limited. The bathroom is okay, there is a shower and warm water. Amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, liquid soap and towels are provided.

Stayed here for a few days, overall comfortable, Android TV can Netflix YouTube, but on the last day of my booking I couldn't use it because the room was full, the money hasn't been refunded, the room sensor often has errors, going back and forth up and down and then fixing it, looks like it needs to be upgraded

Stayed here because I kept working overtime at the office.here's a short recap of the place:+ strategic location, near Alfamart, warteg and food stalls+ there is a coffee shop (open hours: 08.00-21.00)+ there is an elevator so you don't get tired of shaking your suitcase up the stairs+ the check in and check out process didn't take long, when I checked out there wasn't any person on duty, instead they just gave me a note telling me to leave my card at the reception desk 🤣+ the room has the option of twin beds, so those who sleep together comfortably don't need to force a bed+ clean rooms, bathrooms are okay too+ still get basic amenities (towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and small soap)+ AC works well. Room lighting is good.+ there is a smart TV- The bed sheets and towels are not perfectly white, there are a few spots, but it's okay, it doesn't smell musty.- The pillow is a bit flat, only got 1 piece. So, just be aware of those who like to sleep using a high pillow 😆- the sink water came out a little now. but the shower is safe- only got 1 facial tissue in the room, no toilet tissue.I stayed 2 nights so far it's safe, no complaints. For the price, this is really good

Have stayed here many times. Today was really helped by a staff member named Mas Hilman. There was a problem that was handled very slowly by the application but was helped by the staff quickly.Very strategic location, lots of food choices at affordable prices around Cove Senja.In general, the rooms are clean and I hope that cleanliness can be improved, especially the cleanliness of bed sheets, blankets and pillowcases.I also hope that on the 3rd floor, which is a non-smoking floor, there really is no smoking. There is a rooftop with colorful beanbags and romantic lights which can be used as a place to hang out and become a smoking area.

This place is a hidden gem of accommodation, more towards exclusive boarding houses... the first time I checked in, it took a long time to wait 15 minutes because the receptionist had other duties...But I was quite surprised that the room was quite spacious and clean, although the sheets were a bit shabby but over all very good for the price of 300k a night...Below there is a coffee shopThen outside the room there is a decent gallon for refilling water. But the parking lot is small and the entrance is also narrow and a bit confusing...The shower doesn't have warm water, but the water is usually not too coldThen right next to the cove there is an Alfamart..Then there is a shared kitchen, refrigerator and microwave...
