Rent a monthly boarding house here because the facilities are good, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, there is warm water, TV, wifi, good security. However, several times the lights went out and if there were guests or boarding house guards chatting in the living room the sound was very loud, so it could disturb comfort. For strategic location because it is close to Circle K and other eating places.

Rent a daily boarding house here because the facilities are good, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, there is warm water, TV, wifi, good security. It's just that there is always a blackout period of around 30 minutes. So it can disturb comfort. For strategic location because it is close to Circle K, various places to eat, etc.Overall good 👍👍 hopefully it can be maintained.It's best to order via CS number via WA, which is a bit clearer and more reliable.

The service is very bad, I ordered via Reddoorz and it was confirmed but I couldn't check in and said it was full, instead I blamed Reddoorz even though I already wanted to order manually saying it had to be Reddoorz, it was my turn via Reddoorz, they said Reddoorz likes to mess up, customers were confused, throwing things around between Reddoorz and the manager. Not anymore, booking accommodation here is a mess.The staff was irresponsible, I arrived at 3 in the morning and had traveled more than 10 hours and was already tired. I wanted to rest and couldn't say the room was full. I was asked what compensation should I do? The answer was that he didn't know. Then, if it's full, why is the room reservation approved?!!He said there have been many cases like this, I see that there are no bad reviews because they don't speak up, so I'm speaking up on behalf of those who get bad service.Update: after loudly complaining and arguing with the staff for about 1 hour, I was put in another room first then in the afternoon given the choice of compensation (100 thousand in cash or moving to an apartment).Thank you for the compensation, I hope that in the future this compensation will be given quickly and quickly, don't wait for loud complaints and bad reviews before taking action. Officers in the field are also briefed on the SOP, if there is a complaint, how to answer it in a good and polite manner, don't ask but the answer is that you don't know because it will make you even more annoyed, you are already tired at 3 in the morning after a long journey and you want to go to sleep, instead you will get annoyed and argue.
