Very disappointing... Even though I had booked on one of the ag*da applications... then the hotel staff said... Sorry, I don't accept hotel bookings via online from any application... And the staff will help you cancel... Tomorrow I contacted him again and asked for help to cancel and refund but he wasn't helped until it was finished. The bottom line is that the staff and service are very disappointing... NEXT TIME IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT ONLINE HOTEL BOKING... AT LEAST UPDATE THE APPLICATION... DON'T LET IT LET IT... IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE JUST CHECK THE AGODA APPLICATION REVIEWS.

Access to slippery stairs may have been mopped but there was no information to customers that the stairs were slippery... I slipped and caused injuries and pain in my waist...Hopefully in the future it will be better...

Spacious rooms. Book 2 rooms. Room 1 didn't get towels, room 1 had a dented mattress and didn't get bath soap. There is only 1 TV channel. The receptionist was indifferent, when she sat in the lobby there was no greeting or smile at all.

Book via Agoda, per night rate 120 thousand and must deposit 50 which will be returned at checkout. Got a room on the 2nd floor because I wanted twin beds, but the water didn't rise that much. In the morning, when I wanted to go to the bathroom, the water was completely dead, when I confirmed it, it turned out that the water tank above was empty, so I finally fled to my room on the first floor. The first impression of the room was good, according to the photo, got standard bath soap. It is recommended to take the 1st floor if you stay here
