Our family (4 people) booked accommodation in a house with two rooms at a price of 350 thousand, because we were tempted by the owner's tiktok, but it turned out that the real deal did not match our expectations. There are 2 rooms, the TV doesn't work, room 1 only has a fan with a small mattress which is not very soft, the sink leaks water, the bathroom has cockroaches, drinking water is not provided, there are no towels or soap. Many floors are damaged, parking is on the side of the road. Because only 1 room had AC, we slept in that 1 room, but the AC wasn't cold enough, even though it was set to 16 and the fan was on full blast. Advice for others, if you bring your family, it's better to rent another guesthouse room for around 200 thousand, you'll definitely get 2 rooms and both have AC. Just coming here once is enough and we are very sorry that we paid so much but it didn't meet our expectations.

1. The check-in and check-out system is not clear, you don't ask for personal data, you are immediately taken to a room which is more accurately called a "boarding house"2. Room facilities: cupboard, mattress, TV (not working) bathroom (no shower, flush not working)3. The bed sheets are dirty and musty4. Dirty room. During my sleep I was infested with cockroaches 6 times :( This is the first time in my life sleeping on a bed that has become a place for cockroaches to playSuggestion, if you want to continue the guest house business, please pay attention to the cleanliness and room facilities.Note: no toothbrush, soap, tissue or towel. If you are looking for accommodation in Banjarbaru, I suggest you don't stay here.
