Spacious room, fully equipped. There is a refrigerator, microwave, plates, bowls, cutlery, and glasses. Suitable for those who want to stay for a long time.Everything is clean, sleep comfortably, there is a TV, hair dryer, air conditioner, water heater, and bathtub.Worth the price. The residence is located in a small side street just north of the Chatuchak area and relatively far from all the main attractions. The residence is easily accessible from the parking lot area via the elevator with a helpful guard standing. The room is spacious but old, without any type of soundproofing from the hall and the outside. Bed linens are old as well. Wifi often disconnected with a 15/20 mbps speed. Shops, restaurants, and 7/11 are located in the main street at walking distance. The best features are the fully equipped gym and swimming pool, located in another building (closed on Sunday). I would advise you to check for special offers if you are looking for accommodation in this area. 🌟 🌟

The location is only far from the center, but area is quite. 7 eleven is just view minutes walk from the accomodation. Reception is open from 8:30 until 17:00. Rooms are comfortable, and served. As guests of the accommodation you have free acceess to the fitness center nearby Anyway if you are looking for some quite place in Bangkok like me this place can make you satisfied. If you come just few days as tourist in Bangkok, it's better to stay at center located place.

The room is very dark. There is only light in front of the door and in the bathroom. At the head of the bed there was an old lamp that was dim and couldn't work at all. I was very stunned. I had never seen a room this dark.The room smells musty. And the air conditioner pipe smells like cigarettes. The bed had small insects. That is, overall the room is not very suitable for resting.

The location was quite far from all local attraction. At first we thought we choose this place to stay because it was located at the center between Bangkok city and Don Muenang Airport. But it was very far from either of them. As Muslim, we found it rather hard because this place got very limited halal food nearby. There was one at Bon Marche, but the place close early at 5 pm. We got problem to find dinner place nearby. Luckily this place was near to 3 branches of 7 eleven. We managed to get halal fast food burger here. The location of the residences was back in the alley. You have to walk to the main road for you to catch any public transport. But for the given price, you get a good WiFi connection, swimming pool and gym entry all inclusive without any extra fee. The room that we got was different than what they advertised. But they got 24 hours guard on duty with an elevator that only work with your access card.

It is quite fast from Don Mueang Airport to the place. Swimming pool and gym room are large. Clean room and comfortable king size bed. As for good location to catch a plane, I will consider to stay once again.

Because it is not far from the Don Mueang International Airport, it is great for those need to depart Bangkok early in the morning. The overall condition is good. Bon Marche Market is within the walking distance. Room was spacious and clean, staff were polite and attentive, the rate was reasonable.

I like this place.The room was comfortable and quiet. They have gym and swimming pool but at the separate building. Only 15 minutes from hotel to Chatuchak market and not too far from Don Mueang Airport.
