the plus side of this accommodation- calm atmosphere- near the mall- the breakfast is not badTHE MINUSES- lots of cockroaches scattered in the room and bathroom. during the shower back and forth there were cockroaches appearing- the bathroom is dirty and dirty, the toilet is dirty, yes, there are still dried poop splashes, the bathroom door has lots of spider webs.- warm water doesn't work- Toiletries only come with soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and no shampoo- There's no TV- The mattress feels springy, it's time to replace it- the blanket is too small, it's only enough for 1 person- with that kind of price and facilities like that, in my opinion it's really lacking- Asked for tissue when I just checked in. He said the tissue had run out because there were so many guests and they didn't have time to buy tissue. So where? Where? If you intend to make accommodation, prepare everything, especially trivial things like this. The stock should not run out... the facilities should match what was promised- PRIVACY IS NOT MAINTAINED AT ALL!!! asked for tissue, at the front I said "don't take it after I return from the event. Don't ever enter the room before we check out" but when I returned from the event it turned out the tissue had been put in the room. really" disappointed!!!!!- Room prices here all end up at 99, but when we paid there was still 3 thousand left (booked 3 rooms) and we were waiting for the note and suddenly we were asked "Will you take this change?" Oh, I swear I'm annoyed. If you don't intend to prepare change, round up the price, please!!! tip matters are outside the price agreement. and yes, until now we haven't received any notes at all.Please improve the management again

The atmosphere is quite calm because the location is far from the main road, the rooms are quite clean and smell good, only the bathroom is a bit old school and the lights are faulty, but the hot and cold water is ready, the only bathing materials available are soap, but towels are available... free wifi with decent speed , and you can get free breakfast... If this holiday is full, there is also a nice and delicious cafe next to it... the parking is quite large and can accommodate up to 8-10 cars... there seems to be a lot of motorbikes... overall quite satisfied with this guesthouse...

Pros- get mineral water, soap, brush and toothpaste- there is air conditioning, towels and prayer mats- the surrounding atmosphere is calm and peacefulCons- the bedroom light cannot be turned on- slow wifi- the 'babaya' sink faucet has water flowing- the bathroom smells a bit (maybe it needs freshener)- the bathroom floor is a little cracked- TV broadcasts are still local, analog, and lots of ants- The AC can turn itself offHopefully this will be of concern and follow-up from management

Paying a lot of money is expensive but you can't get the facilities, it's already like a hotel class, the price is too high, the TV doesn't work, the bathroom is dirty, you can't get soap, shampoo and mineral water, when you ask about this problem, you answer with resignation, what's the matter, not just the good ones? just give it a look

I really don't recommend it, the facilities are all damaged, asking to move rooms is the same as being given even more damaged facilities. Apart from the spacious parking, there are no other plus points. The sheets are yellow, the sink is broken, the TV is broken, the water heater is really broken, really
