In my opinion, it's not worth it for the price and the facilities are really bad, the wall clock is off even though it's a trivial thing, the swimming pool is dirty and full of dirt and the only thing clean is the cafe and it's a paid swimming pool which is different from the guest-only swimming pool which is dirty and not well maintained. the breakfast wasn't delicious the fried rice was fishy like it was left over from the rice cake and it was soggy and it was really hot in the afternoon... and there were lots of ants and small animals and if you bit it it hurt and made it itchy

The location is easy to reach, you don't need to miss peak traffic jams, but you get a beautiful view of the hills, a large swimming pool, and an area that's that big for even glamping guests who don't have that many, so it's quiet and feels private. TV with Netflix, microwave, refrigerator, really good. Will definitely go back here

Almost 2 days staying here, the drawbacks are:1. Simple but fatal, namely a watch that should be able to replace the battery but it's dead and can't be repaired at all2. Sometimes hot water is available, sometimes not3. The lights are a bit dim4. It's hot outside or in the room during the day5. With room accommodation prices of 1 million and above, there is very little food available.6. The room door cannot be locked7. Last night's room cost more than 1 million but there was no refrigerator. The theme is glamping but there's no refrigerator.

The HR staff at the restaurant are not competent, today I wanted to order food but it was thrown from the pendopo cafe to the Upper Pelangi Cafe. One of the employees at the Rainbow Cafe was unclear and his service was not good. With a price that is quite hefty, it is not commensurate with facilities such as running out of bath soap in the glamping villa, there is no bathroom mat, the blankets are still not clean. Please improve the service and completeness of facilities

A place for healing...wash your eyes with green clay away from the noise....I came here to take the glamping jasmine room. The staff are friendly...the room is clean...but the wall clock is off, the LED hidden lamp behind the head of the bed doesn't turn on, then there are lizards too...it makes me feel bored too...there are lots of ants on the balcony... The TV only uses a set top box...it's not a smart TV so there's no Netflix etc., so the picture is broken because of the bad signal. For food,...at the Pelangi cafe there aren't many options...maybe it's just a view and there are bean bags...it's better at the restaurant pavilion, there are more options and there's a pool.For restaurant visitors...at the front/gate there will be a charge of 10 thousand, but for those staying overnight it's free. Overall, it's good for getting away from the stress and noise of the city.

Stayed here twice. First in the Standard Type in 2023, second in the Suite type (Kemuning 1) in 2024. With the costs listed on Agoda (lots of discounts), it is very worthy of getting 5 stars.

Easily accessible for those visiting from Jakarta (exit from the Sentul City toll exit and head to Puncak via Bukit Pelangi). The atmosphere here is quite calming and well organized, but it is worth knowing that the temperature here is not as cold as the Cisarua and Puncak Pass areas.The facilities here are quite complete, such as a swimming pool, basketball court, futsal, and there is a semi-indoor hall which is suitable for office events.Room facilities such as an electric kettle, TV and wifi are also here. On the left and right sides of the mattress there is an extra bed that can be pulled directly from under the mattress.However, a few notes to the management so that the cleanliness of the bed linen can be improved further, then the AC is hot during the day, but cold at night, and also some furniture details that need to be fixed so as not to disturb visitors.I recommend staying at Mawar for closer access to the swimming pool, or at Mawar which is more spacious and has views of the hills.

Honest review yaa.-When I first entered the room it smelled like poop, it seemed like it was steaming from the closet. Asked for air freshener, he said there was already an automatic one in the room (didn't smell the fragrance at all)- Came to the front office, he said the swimming pool in front of the room was being cleaned😅 so it couldn't be used. Immediately annoyed, why weren't you told before the dp? Finally complained, and the next morning I could use it because I had to clean it so quickly.-It turns out that glamping is not suitable in non-cold areas. Because it came in the afternoon, it didn't feel hot, it was cool and cool. Ehh tomorrow morning I'll be like I'm being baked🤣 I'll be lying on the floor because it's too hot. The air conditioner couldn't fight the heat of the glamping tent.It's enough to come here once, if you want to look for glamping, it's really suitable at the top🙃

Forgot to take a photo of the tent. We stayed in Kemuning. The bed is quite large, the bathroom is large, there are 2 rooms... next to the dining table and a large TV. Good for relaxing because of the glass.There are 2 TVs... the front of the tent is roomy. Can be used for children to play. This glamping is really spacious... really fun in nature. In the morning you can go to Pondok, Joglo's house. It can be swimming, football, basketball. Very pleasant. Unfortunately, there's only one, if it's 2-4 in the afternoon, it's really hot even if you're using AC. Maybe because the tent roof is one layer.For food okay. The fried bananas are delicious. Breakfast is fried rice, fried noodles and toast. Fried rice and noodles complete with egg and fried chicken.
