1. Clean rooms.2. There are bolsters too3. There is a mini refrigerator too4. The bathroom is clean but there are drips from the AC exhaust in the room5. Responsive and friendly service6. The atmosphere is calm because it is in a residential complex.7. Cold AC8. There is a TV but it can't be used.Minuses:1. Car parking is limited and the driveway is a bit narrow.2. The shower water is not strong enough3. The WiFi password must be typed/entered by the owner and officer on duty.

That's right.Not clearI was tired of the long journey, when I got there, there were already people wanting to book rooms.Lah... I made a reservation 2 days ago, there was a booking code, but people just rejected it.Even though there are empty rooms.It should be zero stars.

Like hostels with varied prices and decent room service because there is air conditioning, shower and cable TV. However, the place seems cramped and the bathroom is also a bit noisy. The room has no ventilation, it only relies on the air conditioner and in the bathroom there is also a vent directly above the toilet so it will make it stuffy in the room.FYI, it is forbidden to wear footwear when entering the hostel area and must be removed at the entrance.The place is a little inland and doesn't look busy but is easy to find via Google Maps search.

friendly service, the officers were also very informative when we asked anything else about Banjarbaru outside of the homstay. the place is safe and comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. The air here is also fresh because the surroundings of the complex are quite shady
