Homestay house The layout is perfect, relaxing, and the owner is fun to talk to. The breakfast was very delicious. The owner is very hospitable. On the side there is a delicious coffee shop.

The room is very cute. The owner is cute. But there was a slight smell of mosquito repellent floating into the room and parking was quite limited. If you like a homey, comfortable atmosphere for a small family, I'd recommend this place.

A trendy and artistic homestay with a carefully decorated breakfast area, coffee shop and a designer shop. Breakfast was well made with 3 options to choose from. Rooms were comfy although it’s definitely too hot and stuffy during April. I think visiting Phrae at the end of the year is ideal. Owner was caring, friendly and polite. She spent a lot of time to help us to get transport to the train station. Daughter, who’s the designer, shared interesting knowledge about clothes. Good drinks in the shop. Parking space available. Thank you for the experience.

Lovely little place. The owners are very friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated. The bed is very comfy.There are nice seating areas and lots of antiques and nic nacs giving the place a great atmosphere.Parking for about 4 cars.Nice breakfast.I will come back here on my next trip. So much nicer than a hotel.

Lovely accommodation, good atmosphere, warm welcome like a mother taking care of her child. There is breakfast to choose from. Northern food set, egg pan set, porridge set, along with Thai desserts and fruits There is a coffee shop and clothing store. The coffee tastes very good. It is suitable to be Phrae City, a city of craftsmanship. Recommended for anyone who stops by Phrae city. I'd like you to come take a break and stop by for a cup of coffee. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Cozy place and convenient location. This place will take you back in time and remind you of old tradition Thai style. Breakfast is included. There are three different types of meals to choose from for breakfast. Refrigerator is located in common area.

Accommodation in a home, comfortable atmosphere. like home The rooms are clean, spacious, big mattresses, comfortable to sleep, good bathrooms, breakfast to choose from. Whether it's northern food, pan-fried eggs or porridge, the house owner will prepare it for you in the morning. Home stay accommodation that we got as fate would have it.. We went during the long weekend and all the accommodations were full. When I met here So cute and in the city too. At first I thought it was full. But try saying hello to see. Luckily, there was a reservation for 1 room.Not disappointed at all. The accommodation is very good. The auntie is lovely and takes good care of her. Conveniently travel because it is in the heart of the city. You can keep walking. Or sit at the coffee shop next door. The house was comfortable.
