Booked through Agoda for about 1114Bahts I cannot complain. Got a first floor room. The retro nostalgic vibe is memorable with morning light falling into the courtyard; almost like walking onto a movie set. Location is perfect for seeing Phuket Old Town. ATM across the street and money exchange open at night. I gave it a three star for these 3 reasons: there was a tinge of a musty smell from the air con and this room in particular needs to have the shower room redone. Thirdly chose this place to see Old Phuket before flying out and one of the criteria was that they have an airport shuttle. But on arrival I was informed that it isn’t a free ride. It is 900Bahts. So for one it is better to catch a cab. Shower water pressure was good. I stayed on my own and was very comfortable. Bed linen is silky and soft and comfortable. Drinks in the mini fridge are complimentary ( free). I enjoyed a sticky rice treat in the morning. Ambient lighting is comforting. Booked cab to the airport on BOLT. Worked out fine.

Located in the heart of the old town, the location couldn't be better. The room, although small, is elegant and warm. You feel at home at this hotel. Great find!

Location: The location was great. However, it would have been more convenient if it was connected to the back.Room: It was really dark, there was a window but I couldn't open it because of bugs, I stayed for a long time and there was no ventilation at all. When I walk around my room, the room next door shakes, and the same thing happens when I walk in the room next door. No soundproofing at all. Even if you turn on the air conditioner, you can't see sunlight, so the bedding is damp.Service: Discrimination against Asians in Asia. I went down at night to ask a question, and the customer was talking on his cell phone. If it seems like you're here to ask, I should hang up, but I don't think so.If looking at your cell phone makes you feel bad, cover it. When I asked, he said he could just ask and got annoyed. female employeesIt's the worst. They tell you that you can't use the shower filter and have to pay a fine if you're caught. The filter turns black as soon as you turn on the water...It would be okay to stay for one day, but for longer than that, I recommend staying at Sunri (really very clean) or Woo Gallery nearby.

The hotel is full of nostalgic atmosphere. As soon as you enter the door, you will be attracted by the strong retro style, as if you are stepping back in time. The antique clocks and black and white photos, and the wooden stairs exude the traces of time. Every detail of the hotel makes people feel warm and comfortable, and experience a journey through time.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was wonderful. The decoration is spectacular, it's like going back in time ☺️ The staff is very friendly, especially Janie and Yaya helped us a lot: thank you.As a proposal for improvement, I think something should be done so that the parquet doesn't rattle so much. In the morning the noise woke me up earlier than I would have liked.Still, I would stay at this hotel again because I felt very special and welcomed from the moment I walked through the door.Until next time!Elena and Rosh

Read the history that this is the first hotel in Phuket, turning 98 years old in 2024 (information from employees). At first, I was secretly afraid of the ghost. But really take it in. It's not scary at all. The energy here is very good. Sleep well. The staff give very good advice. There are local snacks + drinking water available from 7:00-19:00. Convenient transportation, close to many places in Me Thong Kao. **For anyone who is coming to stay and has a car. You must reserve parking with the staff as well** Personally, I really like this place. If I have the opportunity, I will take my father and mother to travel. 🫶🏽 #Maiek Coach of MUSE by Metinee
