I like it because at this price there is warm water, AC, water refills, decent Wi-Fi, friendly receptionist and clean CKP rooms.I didn't like it because I found 2 small insects in the bathroom, the TV didn't have national channels.

The style is sharia, it is forbidden to enter masseurs/masseurs, it is forbidden to enter for those who intend to commit adultery, it is forbidden to smoke, it is forbidden to bring in narcotic alcohol... It was my turn to ask for policy because the wife entered the wrong check-in date which should have been 18 Jul 24 but the wrong input was 17 Jul 24, I was kind-6 asking for policy at first, the answer was friendly, when I said that I was a traveler with limited money, Pian said he had got the money from me but I haven't got the service because of the reschedule, the owner immediately started to complain loudly, he felt he had taken the money by surprise. Finally I was given a policy of paying half the price even though in the application I had already paid in full. Owner compares it to a forfeited plane ticket! Hello?! Hotels are not transportation, even an Astin class can ask for a clear policy from a big class hotel. This claims to be sharia, so travelers whose prayers are answered with minimal funds are asking for the service policy to be banned. Hopefully this inn will go bankrupt soon, because I feel wronged! If you can't, just say sorry, the room is full, sir, I'll replace the funds, cut the admin like that! I stayed there feeling full of sadness and insecurity. Shame on you carrying around sharia but you are damaged by the mentality/attitude of the cunning and uncompassionate owner!! Hopefully Ashofa goes bankrupt soon! Amen!

Excuse me, my experience at the Ashofa Syariah Hotel is quite worth it, according to the price, starting from the receptionist who responds quickly online and face to face, there is a welcome upon arrival and quick explanation of room information, the comfort of the room is okay, clean, tidy & fragrant, there is a Qibla direction indicator that makes it easier for Muslim congregations to pray.But there is something I can come up with for future revisions, please ask for help for electrical damage immediately repaired, such as dimmer lights that don't work/are broken, AC that isn't too cold, sink valves that are loose, etc. other small damages...Apart from Syukron, God willing, in the future I will visit this hotel because of my belief in the cleanliness of the room area according to Islamππ»ππ»
