Very disappointed and gave up on staying here, even though I just left the room for a moment and put this envelope under a pile of used clothes, it disappeared, after that I asked the receptionist about the room cleaner, was there anyone in my room or not? Turns out the answer wasn't any, but oddly enough, it was just right. I went into the room and the light that was initially on suddenly turned off and when I checked the envelope, the contents were gone🙏🏻

I've given up on this hotel, I've agreed to the additional price which is usually 200 because I checked in in the morning and there's an additional fee of 50 thousand, a total of 250, I've been on the top floor even though there are still lots of rooms available on the bottom floor, but I still fail to check in because the security asks too many questions, even though it's time to call. First of all, it wasn't like that before," he really asked. It was really uncomfortable, it was invading other people's privacy, plus the person who asked was the security guard.

A guesthouse whose policy is quite strange, if you order on the application it says you can't book a room on the 1st floor, you are forced to go to the 3rd floor, you can't even negotiate on the 2nd floor. Even though I'm 5 months pregnant, I have to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. If it's applied, it can be canceled and then just cancel it. Unfortunately it was too late for check-in time. Before the message was applied, I tried calling the number on Google for 2 days, but couldn't connect. I don't think I'll ever go to this hotel again. Even though the hotel is also quiet. The receptionist was indifferent, wasted time helping to carry things to the 3rd floor. But with a room price of 200 thousand, you don't expect good service either.It's just a shame you can't negotiate that, it's actually nothing outside of the application. But those who served him seemed reluctant, that's the answer.The condition of the toilet is that the lid is off, the seat on one side is loose, like the toilet hole and sink have never been cleaned either. Unfortunately the hotel is actually good if it is managed well.
