Batur Happy House

It’s no four seasons, but you get an amazing experience. It’s right on start point to mountain Batur, few good places to eat in a walking distance. And you just can’t beat the hot spring pool.Nice small common area to chill in the evening, where we enjoyed our beers and board games.

Hard to find the road, but the place is very nice

Here you will be treated to the hospitality of hospitable hosts who will help with your luggage (let us know about your arrival), organize a sunrise meeting on the mountain and a boat ride on the lake.

I stayed at Batur Happy House during my time in Batur to do the sunrise hike. Mr Nyoman Dodi and his family were absolutely amazing and ensured I had a happy stay. I was able to book the sunrise hike through them, with a very small group starting directly from there, and they provided tons of recommendations. The houses are really confortable and offer a natural hot spring. I highly recommend Batur Happy House for a stay in Batur!

This accommodation is an oasis gem. Stunning rooms, beautiful view, very friendly owners. The thermol pool is freshly filled of water for you, it revitalises and recharges you through an through. It's off the road so hardly any noise around.

The rooms are nice and neat, but the service is not satisfactory. Staying for 2 days, breakfast is not provided, and towels are given by throwing them

Batur Happy House in Bali, is an absolute steal for the cost. This recently constructed accommodation managed to exceed my expectations in every way. The pristine cleanliness of the rooms, pool, and dining area sets a high standard for comfort and hygiene, offering great value for the price. While the small, gravelly, and narrow roads leading to the hotel may present a minor inconvenience, it's a detail that should not deter you from choosing to stay here. The comfy mattresses and availability of motorbike parking add to the overall convenience.One of the standout features of this place is the staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They not only made my stay enjoyable but also assisted us in booking the unforgettable Mount Batur trek, a definite highlight of my visit. Nyoman Dody, the owner, is a culinary genius who prepared delectable filled egg omelets and banana pancakes for breakfast, a mouthwatering delight worth savoring.Nyoman's personal touch extended beyond the accommodation; on request he arranged some local Arak (pure) and took me on tour of a coffee plantation and the marvelous nearby hot springs. He and his wife's unwavering warmth and hospitality made my stay even more memorable.This place truly exemplifies the spirit of Balinese hospitality, making it a top choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a remarkable stay in Kintamani, Bali.

We stayed here for one night to hike Mount Batur and would definitely return! The family were very welcoming and friendly, and the location is perfect with an amazing view of Mount Batur. The accomodation was very clean with a beautiful garden and tasty banana pancakes for breakfast!The accomodation is up a gravel road - keep driving and follow the signs!Thank you for having us :)
