My husband and I enjoyed the experience of a Balinese family compound. We got to learn the meaning of why each house is in the location on the compound. Enjoyed different types of coffees and teas. Loved the tour at no extra cost but a donation.Would highly recommend to anyone and I would definitely visit again and buy more there bali made chocolates

An excellent place if you want to recharge your batteries,The place is beautiful and the hammock and infinity pool overlooking the jungle is exactly the experience you will want to have if you come to BaliAlso nearby are the most beautiful rice fields of Bali and one of the most beautiful temples that you absolutely must visitYou can also enjoy a visit to the coffee plantation adjacent to the villas. This one is not very big but the welcome is excellent and contrary to what you can read in some comments the tasting is actually free. The store is not obligatory and the prices even if they are not displayed, just ask them there are no surprises. And for the skeptics it happens the same way in all the coffee plantations around Ubud. So you are not obligated to buy.In any case, it’s always nicer to bring coffee or chocolate directly from a production area rather than from the market. In short, you will definitely have a good time here.

Scam Alert - Avoid This PlaceWe visited this place while on holiday in Bali, and it turned out to be a disappointing experience. My 7-year-old son was tired, so we stopped by, but we quickly realized it was a mistake.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lady who made small talk and asked where we were from. After showing us some plants and the house for about five minutes, she brought out a tray of teas, claiming they were complimentary. However, the real issue started when we were pushed into the shop and essentially pressured to buy products—none of which had prices listed. We were charged 550,000 Rupiah for just one small chocolate, a 50ml tea oil, and a pack of vanilla beans. The friendliness quickly turned into a sales trap, and we felt scammed.Lesson learned: always check reviews and be cautious of places that don’t display prices. First-time tourists to Bali, beware.
